Currently, I’ve been in love with watercolors. Of all sorts…even experimenting with making my own formulas. I also love my Spectrum Noir Aqua Pencils, and Prismacolor color pencils. Sometimes, color can be put into a card in a less standard place and make something beautiful & one of a kind.

  27. Pat McCleary says:

I struggle with coloring, so don’t do a lot of it. Markers seemto always bleed through for me & I don’t seem to have good control. I really want Kathy K. to come tutor me(lol).

  35. ekaterine says:

I love watercoloring with my distress inks (going to buy ganzai tambi to try real watercolours) and I’d love to buy the big set of prismacolor pencils, there’s such a great sale on Amazon now! I love colouring with pencils when doing this with my kids, so it’ll probably work out for my cards as well!

My favorite coloring method is my Copics. I’m still learning but I love them and get better results than when using any other method.

  37. Pat C says:

Copics!!! I took the Online Card Class for Copics and I fell in love with the markers. But thanks for the colored pencils bit. I do have a large set of Prismacolor pencils but I keep getting frustrated with the blending. I will try the white pencil trick and see if that helps. Thanks!

    Sending hugs!

  38. Just learning to “paint” with distressed inks (so kinda like watercolors I guess)
Not very good yet, but I enjoy it

Hi Jennifer ~ Loved this video, along with all the others. Right now my favorite source of coloring are the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I have never been a real “artist” and always wanted to be able to watercolor something beautiful and the Zigs are my way of doing that, albeit on a smaller scale. They make me look like I really know what I’m doing. Thanks to you and Laurel B, I gave them a whirl and fell in love with them~ ~HUGS~

  42. Paulina says:
