Foil Stamping and New Inks + Giveaway!

Just wanted to pop in to let you know about a few fun things that are happening. And do a BIG giveaway!

NEW ALTENEW INKS

My friends over at Altenew are releasing a new line of inks and are celebrating with a blog hop. The hop starts HERE at 9:00amEST today (5/15/15)… so be sure to check it out.

I am really excited to play with their new ink line… which are formulated to be perfect for stamp layering techniques. I wanted to do a video for you today showing how to use them… but I am honestly having trouble keeping up with it all at the moment! (Being a momma comes first here.) But I promise to show them to you in the future and get you some ink swatch downloads. 🙂 In the meantime, you can see the new inks HERE.

    My good news is that I’m getting married. Something I thought I would never do again after 23 years of marriage and then becoming a widow. My life is very happy now and I am truly blessed and Life is really wonderful!!!

    My good news is that my son who is entering his Junior year in high school this Fall was worried that he did not make “Tuba section leader” in his band because he messed up during his audition. Well, at his awards banquet last night, he was surprised when his band director named him as section leader for next school year! Yeah! Go Briant! You worked hard for this position, NOW WORK IT! LOL!

    My news is that I am SUPER excited to be going to see NKOTB/Nelly/TLC in concert on Tuesday. 🙂 I saw NKOTB a few years ago when they toured with Backstreet Boys. It took me right back to my teen years. 🙂

    My grandson just graduated from college and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army Reserves. Also, my great grandson (my granddaughter’s son) who has been treated for a brain tumor, had an MRI and there is NO trace of any tumor. I am so blessed.

My good news is that my husband is feeling a bit better after his chemo and we are praying that his blood work will be well enough for his first of 24 chemo maintenance treatments (last time his white count was too low).     Good news in my little corner of the world: both my kids received invitations to their schools’ end-of-year awards ceremonies. We never know what they’re getting until they get it, but I’m so proud of what they’ve achieved this year (and truthfully, every year!).
