    Beautiful scrapbook page!!! Our daughter is coming over and bringing a yummy casserole that we (as in her and I) really like. I’ll have to make something different for my husband and boys but that’s ok. We’ll all be together for the day and that will be wonderful.

    I love the embossing folders and that they cover the whole front of a card. I have quite a few of them but would love to win these.

    hubby thinks I am a bit kookoo… but here is what I want to do on Mother’s day…. stand in line at my local Hair Salon to see if I get chosen to get a makeover… yep… they are doing Mother’s day makeovers… DRASTIC makeovers for catalog photos… and I WANT ONE! LOL!!!!

    On Mother’s Day our family is taking her out to dinner… we are quite a big family, but with 3 of my sisters away for studies overseas the crowd has become so much smaller… we really enjoy spending time together 🙂

    The Mother’s Day here in Dominican Republic is held the last Sunday of this month. So we still have a few more days to plan something nice!! In my family we usually get together for lunch!! in my mom’s house!! al my sisters with our families!!

    I LOVE EMBOSSING! Yessirree, I do! My mom’s day plans – actually don’t have any – at the moment anyway. My son and DIL sent me some flowers and I’ll see them tomorrow. Most likely I’ll be spending the day with my husband since my son is area director for Applebee’s and has to work Sunday. Happy Mom’s Day, Jen!

    Mothers Day here will be a quiet day at home with my husband. Both our mothers now reside in heaven (his just since December) and we miss them so much. This will be a difficult day for us.

    Well, I already got two early Mother’s Day gifts…..flowers that my DH ordered and a box of chocolate covered strawberries. There was only one glitch in his plan – I don’t like strawberries! You’d think after being with me for 10 years that he would know this! Oh well, it’s the thought that counts! On Sunday we’ll probably go out to eat and I’ll open the gift my DD made for me at preschool. Happy Mother’s Day everyone!

    My mom is leaving for New Orleans for open heart surgery on Sunday, so my sister and I and our 3 boys are taking her out to eat and celebrating tomorrow night in Little Rock.

    DH and I are in charge of the fellowship refreshments after Church. We’ve ordered a large sheet cake. Our two daughters and granddaughter will be here for lunch.

    Wow what a great give away. I will be spending time with my mother-in-law on Mother’s Day. She fell down a while back and broke her arm so I couldn’t bear to see her cook for the whole family so I volunteered. It should be a great day!

    oh my! that peek of the page looks gorgeous! I’ll be having lunch with my parents, my brother and my niece for Mother’s Day. I want to go find her a really nice hanging basket with lots of colorful flowers for their backyard as a present. And a card, of course!

    Oh, I would sooo love those! I’m doing the Vancouver Sun Run (a 10K run) on Mother’s day with my husband and possibly my kids (the problem is if I take the kids in the stroller I can’t run, I have to walk as per the rules :(… ). And of course, giving my mother a handmade card and some chocolate!

    I am going to spend a significant amount of mother’s day on the phone to my amazing mum telling her how much I love and miss her (she and dad moved 3 hours away 4 months ago). I won’t get to see her to give her a gift for a week or two.

    spending the weekend at my inlaws….it’s snowing…last year we were here is was sunny and warm enough to take family photos outside!! Gotta love WI! 🙂

    it will be a sad day for me because my mother died several years ago and I’m not used to her being gone. My grandma is dead and I have no children, so I plan on doing something crafty and fun so that I don’t waste the day feeling sorry for myself.

    My Mothers Day plans are a little sketchy at the moment. My daughter’s little dog ate snail bait last night, and will be at the vets for another day or two. If he is home, I will stay with him so she can go to a nearby town & have BBQ with her 3 kids & 7 grandkids, plus her sister. If he is not home yet, I will probably stay home so I can be near the vet if they need anything.

    I feel this is a gift I can give her, & of course would love to join my grandkids and great grandkids, but feel it is more important that she be with them.

    Maybe I will have a chance to make a card.

    Hi Jen…ty for the links once again! luv them! Well this year will be a bit differnt..as we moved our daughter home from college today, my house is sort umm a mess!So tomorrow is graduation and 150 miles away..we will be tired when we get home.So Sunday will be get her organized day as she starts a new college (nursing) on Monday! My sis is having my mom over, cuz in a week or so I am taking her to see my son as the lead in a play at the USAFA in Colorado…hectic but fun planning, just not on THE day lol…I want those folders too cuz I just luv my cuttlebug folders.     I am pampering my mom all day. I am not a mother yet so it is all about my mom that day. The spa, lunch, movies, shopping and dinner. She loves it.

    Jenny what a beautiful layout, so romantic!!!! Love when you do the videos, I am a slow learner!!! For Mother’s day we are going to go to my mom´s favorite restaurant and have a delicious mexican meal all together, and then we are picking up my mother in law from the airport and taking her to dinner, so lots of food involved :).

    My daughter flew across the country to be with her sister who just turned 16 last week and stayed for the whole week so she could be here for Mother’s Day too. We’ll go to church in the morning, my hubby will grill when we come home, and we’ll spend the day chatting, playing games and calling Grandmas who live far away too.

    I am just going to love on my family. Got two sets of beautiful Roses today so I shared on with a wonderful older woman near me. She was so thrilled. About embossing folders… I love them! The new ones are so great – I’ve already got my eye on some.

    We are celebrating our Mothers Day the following Sunday because our whole family will be together in Madison, Wi for my nieces dance recietal. We will probably go out for breakfast at Monte’s Blue Plate then shopping on State Street – our favorite thing to do when we are in Madison. My mom wanted to celebrate with both her daughters – so thats what we will do! This works well for my daughter and I as senior prom is Saturday before mothers day and she will be at the after-prom party until 4 or 5 am. So she would not be any fun on Mothers day.

    I am planning on staying at home ALL day. My Children and Grandchildren are coming to me and all I’ve been told is that I don’t have to do a thing.
    In regard to the Giveaway. I love Embossing Folders but have not yet bought or tried the Sizzix. I have only the Cuttlebug ones. I sure would love to win these though as I know they do cover the whole card and your not left with the gap that you get with the Provocraft. Anyway, I hope all Mother’s enjoy Mothers Day and wish everyone good luck.

    My sweet little girls are planning breakfast in bed for me on Mother’s Day along with some small “secret” things…I know my husband and the girls did some type of craft project together too. Can’t wait to see it! Hope you and your family have a wonderful Mother’s day!

    My DH has a surprise for me and won’t even give me a hint….our children will come over and probably grill out…..25 years ago my daughter was born on Mother day…..she was all the gift I really wanted,.. still…..I hope you have a wonderful Mother Day……enjoy……..
