    My mom’s aunt died this week. The funeral was held today. This is not how we planned to celebrate. We were going to take her out Sunday evening. After what she has been through this week, I’m sure she is going to enjoy her gifts of a one hour massage & 90 minute massage. She is a fantastic mom, grandmother as well as my friend!

    I will be going to the nursing home to spend the afternoon with my MIL. We have a nice visit and tell stories… I am looking forward to hearing from my step son who lives in CO and catching up.

    I will work in my garden by planting the flowers/plants I will get for Mother’s Day. I will NOT clean or cook or do anything I normally do! lol

    Spending the day with my 93-year-old mother! I’ll pick her up from her seniors’ residence and bring her home, where she’ll help me tuck some flowers into my patio planters. My DH and I will take her to her fav restaurant for burgers before taking her home. Happy Mum’s Day, everyone!

    Well sadly my mom has other plans on Mother’s day so she won’t be coming to my home for stuff french toast brunch! 🙁 However we’ll get to have them over for dessert later in the day (after dinner).

    The folders are happy makers – I hope it makes my day happy when I win! lol!

    My Mom’s Day will include my parents, grandparents, and mother-in-law joining us here for lunch. Hubby will bbq, I’ll do a little cooking, and hopefully my kids will be angels 😉 ha! Happy Mother’s Day to you!

    No special plans here. My boys and the grandsons all live in other states, but I’m sure I’ll be hearing from them. I’l probably get taken out to breakfast or lunch, though!

    I will be calling my mom and grandmother who live in California to wish them a very Happy Mother’s Day.
    This Mother’s day is extra special since my grandmother just celebrated her 95th birthday on April 30th.

    Two days of Mother’s day fun for me – today (Saturday) lunch with Mom, Dad, brother, neice, nephew, and DD. Tomorrow – Dinner with Mom, Dad and DD – can’t wait – love my family!!!

    My mom isn’t here with me, no more…but my daughter has got the most beautiful baby girl who is eigth months now. So I’m going to celebrate her Mother’s day with some handmade gifts, a mini mini album she can bring in her bag and a key ring of course with Cecilia’s photos.

    I’ll make my husband call his mom and chat with her. I just called my mom who lives in Taiwan. Since we don’t have kids, will just stay at home and watch some movies with our cat “children.” =) thanks for the chance to win!!

    Mothers Day. I lost my mother 20 years ago, but her memory is still in my heart. But this Mothers Day I am going to a local retirement home and hosting a fashion show for the residence there. They will be the models and I will be the MC. My oldest model, or should I say youngest at heart is 94. Volunteering is a big part of my life. As for the embossing folders I just received a Cuttlebug and I know these would work well with it. Great giveaway.

    I lost my Mother a few years ago so this is sort of a sad day for me, I’m sure my husband won’t even remember it’s Mother’s Day for me.. he has selective memory ;o)

    I’ll be wishing my mom a lovely mother’s day from bed – I have such a nasty cold that isn’t going away… And then a lovely lunch later in the week. And I’m making sets of cards for her to use as gifts. TFS these lovely cards and prezzies!

    I’m spending my mothers day with my son and my first grandchild. If the weather permits we will do some grilling. Just spending a lazy day getting tons of hugs and kisses. Beautiful project. TFS!!! 😀

    I hate to sound like a whiny butt, but I don’t have children, my husband’s in China on a business trip and this is the first Mother’s day I won’t be with my Mom, since moving last year. Boo hoo! Maybe I’ll bake myself a chocolate cake and have had it. *grin*

    I think 3 of my 4 boys will be able to come home on Sunday. I have also had my granddaughter (age 4) since Thursday. It will be a special Mother’s Day as 2 of my daughter-in-laws are pregnant. Not sure what the exact plans are but I know it will involve food!

    going to mom’s day brunch at Heck’s cafe with my mom, my brother, my son and his fiance and her whole family..it is so nice to get to know my daughter-in-law to be’s family….and I made my mom a quilted sunflower table runner as a gift

    i didn’t realise that Mothers day was on the same weekend here (australia) as in America. So i guess i will be celebrating mine just a bit earlier than you guys. All the family are getting together for a brunch which will be great, then i have the rest of the afternoon to do what i want to do. (craft of course)I have been spoilt already as my husband did all of the house cleaning today and my two children both came home from work with big bunches of flowers and its not even mothers day yet.

    I love embossing folders, they just add so much without over-doing it. This year is my very first Mother’s Day and I’m so excited to spend it with my husband and baby boy! We are just going to hang out with my parents having a barbeque and some great laughs!

    My daughter is singing a duet in church Sunday morning so we will be going to that. We would normally bicycle out to the winery for Mother’s Day, but with church that won’t practical this year, so we will either drive out to the winery or go to lunch somewhere else. For dinner we are going over to my mom’s house.
    Have lot’s of cuttlebug folders and love them, would love to try Sizzix.
