I am a fan of the Gina K Wreath Builder Templates (SSS | GK). There are so many great techniques and looks you can get with these must-have tools! If you haven’t seen them, please be sure to watch my other two wreath building videos HERE and HERE. Today, I stretch the supplies for even more new looks. Be sure to watch the video aboveto see the how-to’s!

My first example shows using the Gina K Wreath Builder Templates (SSS | GK) to create a backdrop for focal point images. You can see the circle of green leaves in the background here – using the Gina K Wreath Builder Templates (SSS | GK), Graphic Sunflowers Stamp Set (SSS | GK | TW), and Gina K Design Inks. Easy!

For the flowers in the center, I used the Gina K Graphic Sunflowers Stamp Set (SSS | GK | TW), Foil-Mates (SSS | GK | TW), Dies (SSS | GK | TW), and Gina K Foils (SSS | GK | TW). These foils are amazing. The striped strip is fromthe Gina K Petite Patterns Paper (SSS | GK) with gold foil… and the sentiment is from the Simon Says Stamp Simple Sentiments Stamp Set.

My next example shows how you can use the Gina K Wreath Builder Templates (SSS | GK) to create a frame for your focal point image. I created my circular frame with a “hello friend” sentiment and heart from the Simon Says Stamp Simple Sentiments Stamp Set using Hero Arts Soft Granite Ink.

In the center of the sentiment frame, I stamped and colored an image from the new Gina K Whimsical Wildflowers (SSS  | GK) and added a Birch Press Hello Sugar Script stacked Carta Bella 12×12 Shimmer Cardstock die cut.

I also find the Gina K Wreath Builder Templates (SSS | GK) is great for forming backgrounds with a repetitive pattern. Here, I created a piece covered with stamped images and cut it into a tree shape. So fun!

The sentiment is from the Simon Says Stamp Grateful Dies and Big Thanks Words Stamp Set. For the background I used the great Impression Obsession Texture Background Stamp.

My last example shows how to use the Gina K Wreath Builder Templates (SSS | GK) to help with placement of die cuts in a perfect circle. I used the Gina K Thankful Leaves Stamp Set (SSS | GK | TW), Foil-Mates (SSS | GK | TW), and Dies (SSS | GK | TW). Swoon!

  8. So many great ideas! As always! I haven’t done any foiling lately, but boy, does it look good with those Fall colors. Time to use hubby’s laser printer! It’s been a lazy morning, but you got my brain kick started! Thank you!

  9. Great ideas for the wreath builder. Tell us about the little holder for the glue bottle. Does this allow you to sit the glue bottle in it opened? I checked the ETSY site and it is not clear how to benefit from this. So glad you are using glue more, I have for years and you have come up with an amazing brand.

  10. Beautiful!!! Love the new techniques you shared, Jennifer! I was finally able to order my wreath builder template late last week so I’ve been playing with it this week and now have more techniques to try! Thank you for putting together great videos that make us fall in love what the products even more (and with new products too!). Love the tip about the diecuts – genius!

  11. These are gorgeous and I’m so appreciative of these videos using the wreath builder stencils. Most of the Christmas cards I’ve created thus far have used the wreath builder stencil, but thanks to you, I’ve been creating more than just square cards. This is a very addictive technique! 🙂

  17. Gorgeous cards Jennifer, really love the sunflower example and also that beautiful blue floral with the circular sentiment. You are so clever! Gotta get my hands on one of those wreath builder templates soon! Have now found a stockist in the UK which is great :-). Have a great day and thank you as always for such a fab video, Lisa xx

  18. Love the wreath builder set. Just got to remember not to push too hard on my stamping tool otherwise the image smudges on the page. Taping down the stencil really helps too. I hope they make a stencil with a larger inner section than 4 inches square but thank you for showing how we can use larger card pieces with the current stencil.
