  1. My favorite cardstock and most used is is the Neenah for card bases and I just recently got my hands on some Gina K cardstock it is beautiful and I love my Be Creative Tape. Thank you for another fabulous My Favorite Crafty Things video I love this series!

  2. Currently finishing up my Christmas cards on a white Neenah base, but using the gorgeous metallic collection with foam tape and the Tim Holtz collage medium. Time to stock up on more! Thanks for these “favorite” videos!!

  3. I love using Neenah white cardstock as well. I was just wondering if you could recommend some card stock that can be purchased at craft stores, so we can use coupons and not have to pay shipping charges? In a perfect world, I would LOVE using all on-line products, but can’t afford paying full price and shipping to boot! Thanks!

  4. Oh my gosh, I used so much of the thin adhesive strips when I made shaker ornaments for all our staff (49 in all!) and loved the ease of it, especiall on the round ones. Didn’t know that Darice made this product and spent way more money for this sort of product from another company. Will be buying some of the Darice product when it is back in stock!

  5. I use Stampin’ Up cardstock and several different adhesives. I use lots of glue dots, Tombo tape runner, and Stampin’ Up adhesive strips.

  6. I have so many different kinds of cardstock, and it all depends on what I am doing. I love Neenah white and desert storm for bases of cards. Bristol for watercolor, I have a lot of Papertrey ink cardstock/pattern. When die cutting, I love American Craft paper and even Michaels paper cuts really well.

  7. I recently switched to Recollections White 110 lb/300 gsm for my card bases. It seems very comparable to Neenah Solar White Classic Crest, which I also have. I always enjoy your favorites series! Thank you, Jennifer! Happy Holidays to you!

  8. I used Stampin Up Card Stock for years. Then I started to use Neenah Solar White, which I like because it is heavier for using as a card base. I use various adhesives. I use double stick tape, Kokuyo Long Dot Adhesive, glue dots and foam tapes. I have tried many products on your referral!

  9. I have a bit of an adhesive obsession! I’ve got multiple types of dry and wet adhesive so I can use whatever I think is best for what I am doing. In terms of paper, most of what I use is Stampin’ Up cardstock, which is easy for me to get (I’m in Australia) and I love the colours and how it feels. I do have some Nina Solar White in both weights, which I use sparingly as I haven’t found an Australian supplier.

  10. I use Tombow tape runner and ATG. Just ordered some Kuyuko to try out. I use Recollections card stock but will soon buy Neenah Solar.

  11. I’ve been using Recollections paper, but I would like to try using the Neenah Classic Crest for my card bases soon. I love using my tape runner for mist things, and Ranger multi medium for small areas. Thanks for all of your great recommendations!

  12. I am loving all your My Favorite Crafty Things videos, thank you! I currently like the Tombow multi purpose liquid glue and the tape runners from the local craft store, but those get pricey! I’m anxious to try out some of your suggestions. Thank you for putting this all together for us!

  13. I like Papertrey Ink cardstock and love the Scor tape/Be creative adhesive! I like knowing there’s no way my project is going to fall apart in the mail!

  14. Thank you Jennifer – love this rundown of your favorites.
I currently use the Stampin up White card stock typically but i’d like to try your suggestion on Neenah cardstock. Since I am mostly a scrapbooker, i use a tape gun and the 1/2-Inch by 36-Yard ATG Tape – Acid Free Adhesive Transfer Tape to adhere my pic & papers.
Keep us such great posts – we love it!

  15. I use various brands of cardstock (I’m lucky to have a paper mill nearby which also has a retail shop) but my favourite adhesive is Ranger Multi Medium. I’m looking forward to trying the collage medium now.

  16. Currently, I use Bristol smooth quite a lot as I love to color images with Zig real color brush pens. I have Lawn Fawn and MFT cardstock for bases.

  17. My go-to cardstock has been Stampin’ Up! thick white cardstock. My go-to adhesives vary A LOT, but I use tombow glue, scor-tape, and the newest, the one you recommend – the kokuyo one.

  18. I use the Neenah Solar White cardstock for all card bases and Papertrey Ink colored cardstock for designs. My favorite adhesive is Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive.

  19. I got some book “style samples” that are unprinted. I tear out some, trim it to size and stamp on it. My card bases are the cheap boxed sets that come with envelopes you can get at Michaels. I.m trying some new to me- Simply Defined “Stay Put” glue from SMS that is ok, and Tombo Mono Liquid Adhesive that I like better.

  20. I have a lot of Stampin’ Up! Cardstock that I really like and have recently branched out to Gina K and some MFT.
My go-to adhesive is still Aleene’s Tacky Glue; I love that I have time to move my piece around and square it up. I do really like Be Creative tape and the big mega-roll of 3M tape too! Thanks for your favorites lists!

  21. Recently, I’ve been into watercoloring, and for that reason, I use water color papers but my most fav. paper is Strathmore Bristol Smooth, Mainly I use Zig clean color real brush markers for watercoloring tehc, and it works well on the paper (card stock). As for the envelopes, I have so many envelopes from everywhere, and accumulated over the years, like 17 years. But, I DID buy Simon says stamp envelope set very recently cuz it looked interesting on the picture when I ordered other things online; Khaki Woodgrains. It’s not “plain” envelopes, and I like it! Maybe once I run out what I have, I’ll start to order SSS for the envelopes…

  22. I use Be Creative Tape and Tombow Mono Multi Glue Most. I am from Germany and I use Rayher Cardstock (a german company) because it‘s cheap. For cardmaking i use Stampin up Cardstock

  23. I use the Neenah for my white, and then usually the Simon for most of my colors. I know a lot of people don’t like it, but my ATG is my go-to adhesive.

  24. Almost always use my ATG gun and either foam tape or SU Dimensionals to pop things up a bit. Card stock is mainly PTI.

  25. I’ve just been piicking up the colored packs of cardstock from Michaels, not knowing any better. I do have some Close to My Heart ad Stampin’ Up card stock that I have been using for the cards themselves. Nina 110 solar classic crest is on my Christmas list so I’m excited to see if Santa brings me some. Then that will be my go to and the other ordinary cardstock will just be for layering and such.
Thanks for all ypur wonderful tutorials and the favorites videos💟💟💟

  26. I admit that I use cheap card stock that I get from JoAnn’s. I use glossy accents for liquid adhesive, but I struggle with the bottle tip clogging. I use stick it for adhearing detailed dye cuts, be creative tap for make paper boxes, and tombow dot adhesive for everything else . I think I will take your advise and try the collage medium. Thank you for all your suggestions, hints, and advice. I truly look forward to your video. I enjoy learning from you.

  27. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Neenah for my white cardstock and LOVE Reverse Confetti and Taylored Expressions for my Colored Cardstocks!! Tombow Mono Adhesive and Scor Tape are my go to adhesives!!

  28. Hi Jennifer ! Merry Christmas ! I finally had a chance to compare my new package of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock to my current ‘high quality 80lb’ … Wow ! What a difference… the Neenah is definitely heavier and better quality than my old stuff. Stamping my image & copic coloring seemed better too. Thanks so much for all the good information on products and of course your video tutorials are awesome. Ho! Ho! Ho! 🙂

  29. I use Bristol Smooth for card stock, but looking for the card base already scored and folded in 80 or 110 lb? I love a tape runner, glue and me are messy! Tough stuff I use Scor tape. Happy New Years to you and your family.

  30. Love watching your videos for your tips! You have ink colors stamped and labeled and stored in something on this paper video. What and where did you purchase the plastic sheet protector you store them in?
