Updates

Hello!

I – like many of you – have been sick. I am still catching up and have several videos that will be coming soon. Just wanted to share a few updates in the meantime.

Thanks for all your interest in the craft boxes I have for sale and for supporting the Kind Campaign. I will pick the “winners” soon. Just gotta get to feeling better so I can take all those heavy boxes to the post office. Stay tuned! I will email each of the “winners” – I promise.

Also, I have announced and mailed all the prizes for recent giveaways. (Remember – you can always check out the winners HERE, but I do email them so you would know if you won.) If you won and don’t get your prize, PLEASE email me!

SCRAPBOOK & CARDS TODAY

Back when I scrapbooked, I was a contributor to a scrapbook magazine and I loved it. I think magazines are an important part of our industry and have missed being able to be a part of the industry in this way. So I was thrilled when the kind folks at Scrapbook & Cards Today asked if I would be willing to contribute to their magazine… with a technique-based card article. Ummmmm… YES! I am all about the teaching/learning… not just trying to make pretty things. I am also excited to work with a few people I worked with years ago…

I will share more about the magazine in the near future.

I am off to have some honey to help this sore throat. Take care!

  3. Hi Jennifer,
Love your posts and videos. Just wanted to let you know that you don’t have to take your boxes to the post office any more! You can print all of your labels at home and you can schedule a pick-up from your mail person on the usps website. Your mail person will pick up your boxes when they deliver your mail. In our busy lives, any few moments we can save makes the day go a little more easily. Feel better soon!

  4. SO SORRY YOU ARE SICK!! Sure hope you get better soon gosh not fair to start the New Year this way…….just take good care of yourself and just take it slow and easy. Do not rush to get back it’s more important to rest and get strong. Do Miss You!!!

  7. It is NO FUN being sick! HOPE you are well SOON! LEMON TEA with Honey! 😉 I’ve NEVER heard of this magazine! I look forward to hearing more about this! 🙂 REST WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉

  8. I am a HUGE fan of techniques. Anyone can make a card but without new & inventive techniques they all look the same! Congrats Jennifer on SCT, they are lucky to have you.
I hope you feel well soon.

  9. Sorry to hear you are under the weather. We’ve been battling it here too. I swear that I’ve brewed a pot of tea every day (we are tea drinkers in my home) and added a piece of fresh ginger, green cardamom pods, a whole clove and a couple of spoons of honey with the comb to the pot everyday. It smells wonderful and it’s helped with the throats all this time.

    Take care.

  10. I want all those amazing dies from MB. Oh my. Thanks for the heads up and hoping the honey will work…. Feel Better. Its that time of the year I guess.

  11. Always look forward to your newsletter with amazing designs and techniques. Praying for a quick recovery. Please take care and try to be patient with your recover time.

  12. Hope you get to feeling better soon!!! For sore throats I like “miracle mouthwash”. Equal parts liquid Benadryl and milk of magnesia. Gargle and spit. This will numb your throat and it’s great for kids too! Just use the kids version. Or as the doc for a prescription for it as I found out recently places like Walgreens mix it for scripts. Good luck and look forward to your additions to Scrapbook and Cards!

  13. Hope you feel better soon. I am a retired teacher just beginning to get some creativity going in my life. Have watched many many many of your YouTube videos. Admire your talent and ability to convey your info. You have taught me a lot. I’m also a Christian retired from a Christian School.

As a Grammy who has already raised children and had a house to run and a career, I know the drill. Hope you have moments of rest physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

God bless you and keep you.
    Grammy M

  18. Sorry you’re not feeling well. Hope it passes quickly. I saw you use the Irresistible shimmer and if you shared this I’m sorry I must have missed it, but how does the Irresistible shimmer compare to Wink of Stella (something you have gotten me totally addicted to) as far as results go? Thanks.

  19. First, feel better soon. I’ve had a cold since the Sunday after Christmas and it just goes away a day and comes back. Hate that. Off on a cruise Saturday – maybe the warm weather will help. Second, I’m hoping I’m on the win list for your prized boxes of goodies. Third, so happy for you contributing to the Scrapbook and Cards Today magazine. Like, don’t you have enough on your plate now? I feel so lazy when I read what you do. But thanks for being such a great YOU!

  20. Take care of yourself. It won’t kill us to wait for your crafty posts! I may have to drool over the dies above, but am working with a very limited budget, so will probably only drool! Speaking of… I was seriously drooling over the chance to help you clear out your craft room…until I saw the price list. Of course, I WANT the big box, but couldn’t even swing the baby box! How ’bout a $10 box next time for us financially challenged folks! Thanks for all you share. And really, take care of yourself. We will wait.

  21. Hope you feel better very soon, congratulations on your scrapbook and cards magazine team for the new year. Loving the MFT release, some really gorgeous stuff!
