Hello from Scrapfest…

… which is also known as the most exhausting 4 days of the year.  :)  Whew.  Made it through the first day…

Wanted to do a quick share from the hotel room.  Old one… same fold as I have been showing a lot lately.  Just a variation with those strips going down the center.

More soon.  Need to get some rest.  Watching Baby Mama.  It is making me giggle – needed that. 🙂

Night.

  4. Hi Jennifer! So glad it’s going well! LOVE that card! I’ve gotta try that fold and I just love those colors! My next purchase is a scalloped circle punch FOR SURE! I hope the rest of the time at Scrapfest goes well! Hugs!! 🙂

  5. Hi Jennifer. I love this fold, I have to remember to try it. My Granddaughter is “helping” me make a set of Christmas cards for my mom. It’s taking longer with her “help” but it more fun this way. So I might have to wait until this project is done, and she isn’t around. SHe likes the usual fold, it’s what she’s used to.
Have fun for all of us who aren’t there.
Someday I would like to see the craziness.

These colors are so pretty together. This fold is one of my favorite. Thanks for showing me how.

  9. I saw you briefly at SF, but didn’t get a chance to say hi. I’m a big fan since last year’s SF when I took your class. Thanks for all you do – it was awesome and HA’s make and take cards were GORGEOUS!!!!!

  10. I love that zig-zag fold too, Jennifer. I recently used it for a wedding card – I stuck some vellum behind the left-hand fold so that it overlaps and “screens” the right-hand inside. I stamped the vellum with some delicate swirls using Brilliance Moonlight White, and used white paper flowers with pearls on the front along with that same Hero Arts giant block stamp that you used, above. It looked very elegant, and was very well received too.
