Thank you so much, once again for your generosity.

And, because you all rock so much, how about a giveaway right now!?  Just leave a comment on this post giving me a recommendation of something good (movie, treat… anything!) by Sunday at 11:59pmEDT and I will pick a winner of these goodies…

  1. Hi Jennifer. Don’t know if you have Baskin Robbins Ice-Cream shop in your area but there’s one here by our house, just 5 min. walk. Took my two little girls and I had the “jamocha oreo” ice cream. It was super yummy and just what I needed because it’s hot over here in CA.

  2. Hi Jennifer! Don’t know if you’ve been there, but something REALLY fun that we did this summer was Giraffe Ridge at the Cincinnati Zoo! The kids LOVED standing on the elevated platform, feeding the giraffes, watching their long tongues grab hold of the acacia leaves! They are SO gentle and So beautiful and what wonderful pictures you can take of the kids up close and personal with them! Gotta scrap those babies soon! 🙂 Giraffe Ridge is a great addition to the zoo! Thanks for the chance to win candy and all the fun you always bring our way! 🙂

  3. I don’t know if there is an Old Navy where you are, but they are having a great sale on kid’s clothes right now. Almost everything is 40% off! They have the cutest things for boys and girls!

  5. Not sure if you have read any of the Scrapbook Mysteries:
Motif for Murder: A Scrapbooking Mystery (Scrapbooking Mysteries) by Laura Childs,
but so far it is a really great book! Got to get thre other books and read them also!

  6. Have you ever tried Frozen Yogurt. We have a shop called Berry Good. It is soooo good. and the best part is that you can even get fresh fruit on top. I’m sure you can find a different chain in your area.

  7. Hope you’re getting plenty of rest & starting to feel better! I went & saw The Dark Knight (the new Batman film) at the local Imax theatre last weekend & it is awesome. Even if you don’t like “super-hero” movies you might enjoy this one. I came out feeling like I’d had an experience and it left me with stuff to think about too. And Christian Bale is yummy (with or without the Batsuit!)

  8. lets see, anything chocolately would be a good treat. I watched PS I love you the other week and enjoyed that, or you could try a nice hot bubble bath to relax.

  9. My husband found this website for me. It’s a blogsite where you can print all sorts of coupons such as home depot, joanns, michael’s, best buy, office max, mcdonalds, bath & body, etc..etc…it changes every. I’m just happy there’s always joann’s coupons in there 🙂

  10. Jennifer, you have been one of my fave scrap artists for years. I started blogging a few months ago and I came across yours, and I’m so glad I found it! One of the things about scrapping that I find amazing is, years of being addicted to magazines, you actually come to know people you’ve never met through pictures and journaling, and I just love your story, and your work. I’ve been on a card making jag lately, I think it’s time to do some scrapping. Anyway, one of my fave movies is ‘Enchanted’, you’ve probably seen it already, but I can always watch that one
again and again!! Have fun 🙂

  11. Right now I can’t think of much better than hanging out at home watching the Olympics with my kids and some popsicles. Not much more summery than that and nothing tops Michael Phelps right now. Not to mention those amazing opening ceremonies.

  12. I’m going to recommend any Jodi Picoult books … not sure if you’ve read them yet – but I HIGHLY recommend My Sister’s Keeper and Plain Truth. I’ll warn you that you get sucked in quickly, though! 🙂

And your card response has been amazing – simply incredible.

  13. Hi Jennifer. I don’t know if your kids like baking but my daughter does and I found this great book from the Rhodes bread company (they make the frozen dough)titled Kids Ideas with Frozen Dough. It’s great! I make the dough in my bread machine and my daughter just follows the simple pictures in the book on how to form the dough animal. It’s fun and tasty!

  14. i dont know if there is Joanna fabric store near by yours. I went there yesterday, they have extremely good sale. Glue dots, stickers, stamps, ink, are 40%off in store. I was extremely crazy to shop around. Due to i go with boyfriend, he is like, please go (because he had no interested on stamping). I highly recommend all of you to go shopping, and get a extra 40%off printable coupon online. (just google it and type Joanna printable coupon online). yeah. party party. hope you guys enjoy it!

  15. Oh, my! Just in case you haven’t been to Joann’s in your area….EVERYTHING scrapbook is 40% off! I spent nearly 2 hours on my way home tonight, and could have been there MUCH longer! There are some seriously GREAT deals!

  16. My favorite good thing has to be Cold Stone ice cream!! YUMMY!! Close second is jamba juice smoothies. so healthy has refreshing for those hot summer days. I hope you have both near you. The girls and you would love them both. Have a great weekend.

  17. I do a lot of different papercrafts, and I am a technique junkie. I have shopped around on line for a lot of different art supplies and I always seem to end up buying from They just seem to have the best prices.
Someone turned me on to them this last spring, and now I am passing it on to you.

  18. Hi Jen, I’m in Australia so I’m guessing you have everything we have and more! So I’m going to suggest Australia…that’s right, my beautiful country. I don’t know if you have visited here yet however I can guarantee you will like it. It’s a bit cold in Melbourne at the moment but warm in the north.
    Cheers 🙂

  19. Hi Jennifer! I’m from Singapore and there’s a great show on TV called “Cold Case” directed by Jerry Bruckheimer. I don’t know whether it’s showing on your tv – if it is and you haven’t seen it before, do catch it if you can – I’m a big fan of that series. Another good thing I wanna recommend to you which I can’t resist sharing, is listening to Nat King Cole songs. I’ve recently been listening to his songs while scrapping, and the songs actually do wonders to me, and scrapping! 🙂

  20. Yah Aussies! We obviously love your blog 🙂
I’m going to recommend some music to you b/c I liked Keith’s music on your videos. The Valley of Vision album released by Sovereign Grace Ministries.
    Have a great weekend.

  21. Go & see the movie Space Chimps w/the little ones. It was a cute movie. I didn’t see any previews, but my girls did. I went in thinking I’ll sit through this bcuz they want to see it… but I ended up liking it! I’ll get the dvd when it comes out for them too! (I liked Kilowatt – she was so tiny, cute & was funny when she got scared)

You & this card drive Rocked!! So happy for you & the little ones w/all the feelback!

  22. Hi there! If you ever get a chance to visit Louisiana you’ve got to try our coffee, especially you coffee lovers. No for the weak or faint of heart. Community Coffee is wonderful, rich and full of flavor. Simply wonderful! I like coffee, can you tell. hehehe Anyway, love your blog. Angela

  23. I love to treat myself to a pedicure esp in the summer! I love the way my toes look when I have on flip-flops and sandals. I almost always go for the bright pink polish!

  24. Thanks for the giveaway. You are very nice and generous.

I think the best way to do something good for yourself is to have some crafty time with the children. I saw Kay’s video and apart from her talent I could also notice something else on the surface. Watching her was like watching you. All the little gesture she’s following. It shows how much she loves and admires you. I think that this little thing, this small validation, is better than any treat, movie or hot bubble bath with essential oils with a glass of champagne…

  25. I’d recommend making a batch of brownies, but adding Symphony bars into them. Pour half the batter into the pan, layer with symphony bar pieces, add the rest of the batter and bake like normal. These ARE SO VERY GOOD! And they ship well if added to care packages. I send them to my brother-in-law in Iraq frequently. 🙂

  26. I am sure yo have but , rubbernecker stamps has some really cute stamps for cards ! I just love the old folks ones …

  27. Sleeping in your own bed after a whirlwind trip to Disney. Plus seeing our 6 year olds face when she got to meet Areil – it brought tears to my eyes!!!

  28. Something good … fresh garden tomatoes, red onion, fresh mozzarella cheese and a little balsamic dressing … my favorite summer treat … now I’m off to the farmer’s market … thanks for the chance to win.

  29. You are so awesome. We love the RAKs you have as give-aways, too! I LOVE a Raspberry Mocha Frapaccino!! I also love your Videos over at Two Peas!

  30. With school starting next Wednesday, we are milking the last few days of summer vacation. We are having a end of season/back to school party on Sunday. And just hanging with the boys watching the Olympics. They have been great this year. I don’t remember them being this riveting in the most previous ones.
    Thanks for the giveaways.

  31. School started this week (two days after a long vacation, yikes!), so we’re taking it easy. We rented “Nancy Drew” with Emma Roberts. Surprisingly good movie! Cute as could be classic Nancy with modern day.
    Thanks for the inspiration!

  32. I’m going shopping for scrapbooking supplies. 🙂 That’s always a treat. My favoirte candy treat is Hershey’s Miniature Chocolate with Toffee & almonds. Thanks for a chance to win this awesome prize.

  33. Right now my two favorite summer “treats” – especially while stamping and scrapping – are McDs Sweet Tea and Sonic’s Cherry Limeade. They have become a must have for me if I’m going to be creative! 🙂

  34. If you haven’t tried chocolate covered pretzels you HAVE to go get some. YUMMO!!! Perfect combo of sweet and salty.

  35. Hm…best movie I’ve seen this summer… Speed Racer! For real, I didn’t think I would really like it, but it was SO great!

  36. Hi Jennifer. Thanks for the giveaway. My favorite things right now are the Olympics, of course, Culver’s concrete mixers with cookie dough, and any book by Tami Hoag or Sandra Brown (they are murder mystery writers if you like that kind of book).

  37. I didn’t subscribe to the blog until it was too late to send in cards, but I just wanted to say how awesome that project was.

I loved watching Wall-E, I wasn’t expecting to like it but it was soooo cute! So you should go see that.

  38. Jennifter, we always have something planned and when we get home with our 2 kids we rather just play outside and/or watch movies. We watch kids movies and then we choose one for us. Time flies by so enjoy these carefree moments!

  39. My favorite treat is Dreyer’s Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream. OMG! Just thinking about it right now has me drooling! It is oh, so good. Thanks for the chance :o)
