It’s the 15th! Giveaway time! :)

And to be quite honest, I didn't realize it.  Ha!  Time flies, eh?  Yep, it is the last day of the Card Drive.  I can't believe how many I have gotten!

No worries if yours isn't on the list yet.  I am going to wait until Wednesday to do the drawings.  Just in case the mailman had some held up somewhere.  Would hate for someone to miss out on the drawing due to slow mail. 🙂

So, Wednesday is the day!  Be sure to come and see if you are a winner of a prizeRemember… the only way you can find out if you won is if you come by and see.  I don't have everyone's emails and addresses.  Thank you for understanding!

Thank you so much, once again for your generosity.

And, because you all rock so much, how about a giveaway right now!?  Just leave a comment on this post giving me a recommendation of something good (movie, treat… anything!) by Sunday at 11:59pmEDT and I will pick a winner of these goodies…

  1. Hi,

I’m from Hk, the most i can recommend is watch the olympics! Proud to be chinese with their opening number.

Take care. My first time to visit your blog.

  2. Well, if you have a Trader Joe’s in your neck of the woods, they have a yummy cheesy popcorn called Pirate’s Booty. It’s like a puffed up popcorn with a white cheddar cheese coating. Seriously delicious..some stores are carrying it now as well.
That’s one treat and if you eat it while you watch anything with Johnny Depp in it, well, that’s a whole other treat!

  3. well I have not been to the movies in a while but I really enjoyed “Fools Gold” and that is out to rent now!

And a treat…I am loving Weight Watchers ice cream pots especially the mint chocolate chip….its actually better than Ben and Jerrys and has way fewer calories!!

    Thanks for the giveaways! 🙂

  4. Since i know what it is to not being in a good health, my recommendation for everyone is:
    Enjoy!
Enjoy every day to the fullest!
Enjoy the small things in life.
    Live and love.
    Marianne

  5. Have you tried Mr. Clean’s Magic Eraser? I have a 2 year old little boy around and that Magic Eraser gets just about EVERY smudge off of my walls and furniture!

  6. If you are looking for a fun evening with friends, try a a Mystery Dinner party. We just did one and had a super-fantastic time! It was based on the owner (Pepe Roni) of an Italian restaurant was murdered and the guests each were suspects (Tara Misu, Bo Jalais, Clair Voyant to name a few). We ate wonderful Italian food while we played out the mystery.

  7. Hi Jennifer! If you have never made preserves or jelly with your kids, I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s really rewarding to spread your very own hand made jelly on a warm buttery biscuit. I really enjoy your blog! Thanks!

  8. A favorite website of mine to get quick and easy recipes from is Pillsbury.com. I love that I can save things in my recipe box and look at them from any computer. It makes my dinner ideas so much easier to organize! BTW – love those products! Thanks for a chance to win! 🙂

  9. My favorite guilt free summertime snack: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. 2pts (if you do Weight Watchers)… yummy and refreshing!

  10. If you have a Greek place see if they have Baklava icecream. I have it everytime I go to this one greek restaurant and it’s AMAZING!

  11. My super-easy summer salad that my picky little sister likes:

    grilled chicken breast
    romaine lettuce or spinach
    fresh strawberries or raspberries
    feta or bleu cheese
    a little red onion
balsalmic vinegerette, or a fruity vinegerette to match the fruit in the salad

Mix it all together like you’d normally do with a salad, and enjoy! The fruit keeps it appealing to kids, while adding a lot of flavor to what would be a normally boring salad. And, if you add a dinner roll or other bread, you’ve basically got all the food groups covered!

  12. If you ever need some inspiring, beautiful music to listen to while crafting, I strongly suggest one of my favorites – Loreena McKennitt. Her international sound takes me away to another place and really lets me sink into my creative mode. I could listen to her all the time! Enjoy…

  13. Jennifer

Good Movie Bob the Butler. It is a funny feel good movie you can watch with your children.

    Sandi N.

  14. Hmmm….what can I recommend…how about a book? I love all of Jodi Picoult’s books –excellent writer! And Sue Monk Kidd books are excellent reads.

Thanks for all of the inspiration! Tricia

  15. Right now I’m loving the Ped-Egg. It is seriously GOOD. I *HEART* it! It’s saving me some money on pedicures so I can spend more on scrapbooking. It’s still summer and my tootsies need to be in tip-top shape!

  16. Chocolate: I particularly like dark chocolates, but how about Chips covered with chocolate, Royce also has them not sure if it’s available there
Ice Cream: Quite affordable all time fave of mine is Dryers Rocky Road, but back in my country Yam and Mango ice cream is the best.
I love Mango Ice cream with Combos, yum yum!
Snacks: Popcorns! caramel (sweet) and salty mixed together!
I had fun with this comment, made me hungry *LOL*
    have a great week!

  17. Run don’t walk to the bookstore and get a
copy of “The Glass Castle” by Jeannette Walls. It is wonderful…I couldn’t put
it down and read it in a couple of days.
Read it with a bowl of homemade peach
cobbler and you’ll be set! 🙂 Thanks for
    the wonderful giveaways. 🙂

  18. While back in KY/OH last week for stampaway, I had forgotten just how WONDERFUL Graeter’s ice cream is. Had it many times last week! Have you ever tried their Toffee Chip! Yummalicious!!!!

  19. Okay, so it is totally way hot here! We are breaking records that were set about 70 something years ago. Yuck… so that being said, I am totally addicted to slurpee’s. I know totally childish and silly, but they are so dang good right now. So if it’s hot where you are… try one.
