Hi Jennifer, Thank you sweetheart for this and all of your favorite things series over the years! I so enjoy them and they sure do enable me! LOL! Today, I sat here watching this video and the others for this year, writing down the items I am interested in. Then I went to the links, listed name and price. Soooo much fun! I have to agree with you about the Neenah Solar White 80 lb. card stock. I love it! Thanks again for all of the fun crafty things you are kind enough to share. I also wanted to thank you for the sound & clarity of your videos and that you have closed captioning. I am about 95% deaf and can hear you very well with my special head phones. A lot of other videos have horrible sound and no cc, which is so frustrating, so thank you bunches for that too! Hugs Lori

The only thing I have used so far is bristol paper, which I love. I plan to get a few of these in my next order.

My favorite paper is Papertrey Ink’s. I love the fact that their inks and papers match so perfectly. I’ve been using them for years. For white, I rely on Neenah Solar White—I keep both weights on hand.

I recently tried the Strathmore Bristol paper (after seeing your tutorial) and do love it for coloring! Happy Thanksgiving and THANK YOU for all of your ‘Crafty Things” videos! You are a blessing in every crafters life!

Neenah Solar White 80 lb. is my go-to paper. 🙂

Can you have more than one favourite? I like the glue pen very much for small die cuts, and love the stamp runner. Both are very versatile.

  29. D.Ann C says:

I also love the Neenah cardstock and white craft foam. I’m surprised you didn’t mention Tombow Xtreme… my go-to adhesive for hard-to-stick things (like slightly warped watercolor paper). It takes a bit to remember to flick to the side before pulling up, but it’s worth the learning curve!

    Hi Jennifer,
I copied your idea and had my local Office Max cut my Neenah White cardstock 110#. It cost only $2.25. What a lifesaver. Just wish they could score it all too! I love my Tombow tape runners and just found a spray adhesive for my die cuts. Comes in handy for mass production. Thanks for sharing!

  41. Kim says:

From the papers you’ve shown, I like the Strathmore Bristol best because I haven’t tried the Neenah as yet. But I’m going to take advantage of the sales this weekend to get some. When it comes to the adhesives, my favorite used to be the Quickie Glue Pen until you introduced me to the Ranger Multi Medium….love that stuff! And the precision tip makes it even better!

  42. Jenny D says:

I love the Tombow stamp runner. It’s the best adhesive runner I’ve used.

  43. Karen says:

My favorite adhesive is the Sakura Quickie glue pen. I’ve tried lots of other ways to hand-write a sentiment then emboss it, and this pen is the only way I have found to get clean even coverage that doesn’t bubble!
