TWO Videos: Product Release Close-Up + Blog Hop + Giveaway!
Oh my, I have a lot to share today. 🙂 Two videos. New products. A blog hop. Giveaways! All of this is to celebrate the newest Mama Elephant release. Let’s get started…

In my second video, I put a few of these new Mama Elephant products to use and share some heat embossing tips.

I love the look of heat embossing. It gives a polished look to any card and is a technique that will work with any stamp. However, many people shy away from doing a lot of heat embossing, so in the video I share a lot of tips to keep it clean, fast, and easy.
For these cards, I used the new Mama Elephant Twinkle Towns and Jingle Greetings stamp sets… and a lot of heat embossing! (You can see the specific powders I used in the thumbnails at the end of this post.) To finish off the cards, I used the Fine Trimmings Border die along the crease line of the card for some added interest along with a small strip of metallic paper from Tim Holtz. I also used a Snow Marker to add some fun snow-like dimension. Oh – and the video gives a look at the MISTI stamping tool, also.
