Gold and Silver Inks

Howdy.

Just a quick share using my favorite gold and silver inks. Thanks to these metallic inks, some glitter chipboard stars and an embossed glitter background, this card is pretty eye-catching without being too time-consuming to create.

It is really hard to capture these inks in a photo. A nice gold and a nice silver with a touch of shine. It works great with this My Favorite Things stamp. Oh, and the technique I used to get the different ink colors on one stamped image? I will be sharing this technique in the upcoming Summer Card Camp 2

That background is fine glitter paper… that I ran through a new dot embossing folder. Great texture…

A little shine is always good. 🙂

Enjoy!

  1. Beautiful card-love all of the fun metallics! I actually just bought my first AC glitter cardstock yesterday. I hadn’t even thought about embossing it-love the effect! I will definitely be trying this.
