A Cut Above Die Cutting Class + Giveaways

Wanted to give you a heads up on a new jam-packed, 3-week, creative die cutting class I have coming up called A Cut Above. This is the newest class from our Online Card Classes and it starts on Monday the 16th. I am excited to have teamed up with Kristina Werner and Nichol Magouirk for this fun class…

Here’s the info…

Are you a die cutting expert or do you consider yourself a novice? Do you prefer a traditional die cutting machine or would you rather use your computer to design what you’ll be cutting? Or maybe you’re just not sure! Never fear, we’re here to help! Join Kristina Werner, Jennifer McGuire, guest instructor Nichol Magouirk and many great guests for A Cut Above, as they show you the ins and outs and everything you need to know about the various die cutting systems.

You’ll leave class with the knowledge of numerous tips and creative techniques for using the Big Shot, Vagabond, Cuttlebug and Grand Calibur with various types of dies and embossing folders, as well as the Silhouette Cameo. The first half of class will be devoted to traditional die cutting methods and the second half will be focused on the increasingly popular Silhouette (Cameo, SD, and original Silhouette). Simple to complex, beginning to advanced – we’ll cover it all!

This three-week interactive class includes free downloads (including from guest artist Ali Edwards), BIG prizes, galleries, a Q&A forum and lifetime access! Class runs April 16 to May 7, but content will be available for a lifetime.

CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO & TO REGISTER!

If you’re interested in only the traditional die cutting portion of the class, or maybe in just the Silhouette portion, we will be offering A Cut Above in two separate parts on May 15. You can find more info on that HERE.

Giveaway time! I have three spots to give away in the A Cut Above class. Leave a comment here telling me your favorite die cutting machine or if you are dreaming of having one. I will pick 3three winners on Wednesday 11:59pmEST. If you have already registered for the class and win, we will give you a refund. 🙂

Hope you have a blessed and happy Easter, filled with the peace of knowing He has Risen. Take care!

  2. I have a Sizzix, a Cuttlebug, a Quickutz Squeeze, and a Silhouette machine. 9. I have a Cuttlebug and a Cricut and I have to say I use my Cuttlebug a lot more. I’ve had that little bug several years now and I just couldn’t do without it. I take it to all my crops and it has a special spot on my scrap table. Thanks for the chance to win!

  11. I love my QuicKutz Revolution, but I am limited to a 4×4 die since I never bought the longer plates. I’d like to get another machine, but which one? I want to find one that would be versatile for my use. The class sounds like a great way to examine the choices available! Thanks for the chance to win a spot!

  20. This sounds like an AMAZING class. I sure hope I win! Thanks for being so generous! I have the Cricut Machine but don’t use it as much as I should. I would love to learn about other cutting systems and how best to incorporate die cuts in my projects!

  21. My Big Shot has to work quite a bit and I like it (could be a little bigger, but it´s working fine). Nevertheless, I am thinking about buying a Cameo some time in the future.

Thanks for giving us a chance to win a “seat” in class!

    Greetings, Christine

  22. I just purchased a cameo and I’m already in love. I still really enjoy working with my slice and big shot as well.

  23. Own a Big Shot so would have to say that’s my favorite. Have only seen a Cricut work once, have occasionally used a Cuttlebug but am not familiar (other than by name) with the Vagabond or Silhouette. Would love to learn more though as one never really knows what they’re missing until they see something in use. Thanks for the chance to win a spot in what sounds like an awesome class!

  24. I am fairly new to the whole die-cutting and embossing thing and would love to learn more about what I can do with them to give my cards that extra something special. Thank you for the chance to win a spot in one of these classes!

  25. Currently I use the Big Shot but I am dreaming about the silhouette! Would love to see some demonstrations on it and the big shot so I can get better use from them.

  26. Would love to win a spot in this class!!… Thanks for the chance to win, much appreciated! I have a Cricut personal cutter, but am dreaming of a Silhouette Cameo. From what I’ve read and cuttings I’ve seen in pictures. it is an amazing machine. Blessings to you all 🙂

  27. I would love to win a spot in this class. I have a cricut, but would love to learn more about other options.

  28. I used to have the original Silhouette and LOVED it, bought a KNK and didn’t love it. In love with my Big Shot, am saving for the Silhouette Cameo which I know I will turn to everytime I want to do a project just as I do my Big Shot now. Die cuts, can’t beat them for adding your own style

  29. You are always a cut above, so I’d be extatic to win a place. Maybe i could finally master designing on my Silhouette…

  30. This looks like a wonderful class! I so need some instruction on using my silhouette sd, I am totally intimidated by it! Thanks for a chance to win a spot!
