A fantastic giveaway…

The sweet Shimelle said I could give away a spot to her newest class.

This class, called "Love Your Pictures, Love Your Pages" is exactly the type of class I need. It is a unique photography class – focusing on taking creative and inspiring photos, without the technical stuff.  Sound so fun!

You can click HERE for info.

And if you have never taken a class from Shimelle, I highly recommend it.  In fact, I just got an email from a sweet blog reader saying…

"Just wanted to thank you for letting me know about Shimelle and her great classes. She is a breath of fresh air, fun, sparkles & delight. I took one class a few months ago & have now signed up for another that begins 7/5 that's about photography. Without you, Jennifer I would have never know about Shimelle so heartfelt thanks to you!"

The class starts on Monday.  And, I get to pick a winner before that.  Just leave a comment here by Sunday at 11:59pmEST letting me know of a movie you have loved lately.  I will pick a winner of a spot in Shimelle's class!

Happy crafting..

  3. Sounds like a great class! I just watched Back to the Future again and it was so fun to revisit a classic movie I haven’t seen in a while. 🙂 Thanks for the chance to win.

  4. My oldest son is preparing for his black belt test in Taekwondo, so we went to see the new version of Karate Kid. We were so inspired by the overall message in the movie as well as the stunning scenery and of course martial arts details. Thanks for the fun giveaway!

  5. Oh what a wonderful blog! So glad I’ve been pointed to it and what a great prize! As for a fav movie, I just loved “Up” what a fun happy movie, except for the first 10 minutes which had me snivelling away into a tissue, the meaning of life all summed up…so lovely!!!

  6. I’m probably too late for this wonderful giveaway, but, would so love to learn more about photography & Photoshop! Recently saw “Karate Kid” with the kids and we all enjoyed the movie! We’re huge Jackie Chan fans so we love it! Happy 4th of July!

  7. Well the most recent movie I saw was Eclipse of course – it was great – with my teen daughter at 12:01 am the first night of release. A tradition we started with Harry Potter when she was about 10(it was a really big deal then -now she is 18 – not such a big deal now) and have continued for every Harry Potter movie since and now the Twilight movies.

  8. I recetly saw Knight and Day — it was so much fun. We don’t see movies very often and this made a great “date” night. Thanks for the opportunity for the class!

  9. A non-technical photography class sounds perfect to me. I can’t remember the last movie I saw; must not have made much of an impression…but I’m crossing my fingers for a chance at this fantastic giveaway!

  10. This class looks awesome! Looks like just what I need, especially since I declared July to be a scrapbooking month while DH and kids are off camping this week. The last movie I saw was The Karate Kid, which I saw with my son’s karate school friends and their families. We all had a good time, especially watching the kids enjoy the movie.

  11. Thanks for the chance to win!

I am embarrassed by this, but I recently watched “Eclipse” in the theater and I really liked it. I am not a true Twilight fan, but I enjoy a little teenage romance movie every now and then. 🙂

  12. I would love to win this class! I have not been to see a movie in awhile and have been looking for something good to see

  13. I’ve seen only 2 movies this year and can’t remember the name of either one. The one I liked the best was the one Sandra Bullock won the Oscar for,—-about the family teaching the homeless boy to play football and he became a Pro player.

  14. Sounds like a great class! Thanks for letting me know. As for a movie…I just saw It’s Complicated…laughed so hard!

  15. “Marely and Me”….and I cried a lot. Thanks for this opportunity to take a photography class. I would love to win it. I have a farm with lots of animals and grandchildren……lots of opportunities for some good pictures.

  16. BTW… I hope I’m not rejected because I didn’t leave a movie title. Honestly… I don’t watch many movies! Sorry. TR

  17. I actually liked the Book of Eli. It was dark and it was violent, but the message was really good. Denzel Washington is a favorite actor of mine though so I may be biased.

  18. I just saw Blind Side-made me cry. I would love to take Shimelle’s class, I’m curiouser and curiouser about her.

  19. Thanks for the chance to win this awesome workshop. I took my boys to see Toy Story 3 recently & really enjoyed it — funny & poignant moments as my oldest is just 2 years away from college. Where does the time go??? Enjoy the rest of your summer!

  20. I just watched “The Young Victoria”. It was a romantic and beautiful period piece about Queen Victoria’s early years. Then, with a different cast and director, etc., I followed it with “Mrs. Brown” which covers her later years. I loved these movies.

  21. WoW. I was so glad to see a photography class giveaway. I have not yet heard of Shimelle but looking around it seems as though her classes are very good. I just – like literally just started going around my town and snapping photos of the unlikely and transforming then the best way I know how, which isn’t all that much to speak about. So learning of this class is so super exciting for me. I would LOVE to win this but even if I don’t I am looking forward to taking a class.
    Thanks Jennifer

    Sharon : )

Thanks for the chance to win.
I recently joined Netflix and ordered “The Horse Whisperer”, with Robert Redford, Kristen Scott Thomas and Scarlett Johannson. This has to be one of my all time favs. The photography is amazing.
    Happy 4th of July!

  23. I loved “Mrs. Brown” and “The Young Victoria”. Thanks for offering a chance at this great give away.

  26. My three daughters and I have been really enjoying the Twilight Saga! What a fun outting to take all three (27, 20, 18) to see the movie together too!

By the way… Shimelle’s last class was AWESOME! I would so love to win a spot…but if I don’t well, I’ll take it anyhow! 🙂 Thanks for the chance to win!

  27. Hi, Jennifer, this is an awesome giveaway! I think the movie I have enjoyed the most lately is probably Book of Eli although BlindSide is close. Thanks so much for sharing.

  28. I just watched Eclipse and loved it, I am a fan of the Twilight books so it was very romantic although a little bit incomplete for my taste and Jacob is a hootie!!!

  29. I’ve taken a Shimelle Class and it’s amazing! Would love to combine my love for photography with her sparkly point of view. My husband and I saw Eclipse yesterday. I’m a huge fan of the Twilight books, but not the movies. Please don’t tell my husband that I said it was actually pretty good. lol

  30. Hi thanks for the chance to win.

Well being in Australia we are a little behind you guys but I recently watched Bright Star – about the poet John Keets. I found it very romantic and touching.
I’m looking forward to the release of Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts – it hasn’t been released here yet.

    Happy creating.

    Luv Sandie
