  1. I loved seeing new ways to use gel press, I don’t have a lot of color paper, so this is really helpful. Thanks so much for helping us to get the most out our gel presses.

  2. What a great idea to use the gel press to color paper. I really like the gel press is a great investment. Thanks again Jennifer for your talent.

  3. I so appreciate your videos on using a gel press. It’s great to see some ideas on how to bring it into card making and get more use from it. Having a gel press has been such an incredible, incredibly fun and worthwhile investment!! BTW, using alcohol ink on it and pulling a print on card stock is a great way to save money b/c it’s less expensive than Yupo and gives a different look. Thanks, Jennifer

  4. Thank you for sharing this technique with the gel plate. I have a question regarding ink. I am wondering about Concord & 9th inks compared to Altenew ink and MFT ink. I’m in the process of purchasing new ink. Thank you for any help you can give.

  5. Amazing cards as you are always sharing!
What a great technique for getting colored paper from my ink pads! I’m going to use that!

  6. Thank you for sharing your genius! So glad I get to watch your videos on my TV BIG so I get to see it clearly. 🙂

  7. What a clever an easy way to colour all those diecuts!! I love it!! Another wonderful set of cards!! Thanks so much for the inspiration! Stay safe! 🙂

  8. Brilliant idea! I don’t have room to store a lot of colored cardstock plus, as you pointed out, coloring white cardstock is a great way to save money and this technique looks like it’s so much faster than coloring with markers. I look forward to giving it a try this weekend! Thanks for sharing!

  9. I love your videos! I may have misunderstood but thought I heard you say that you would link to the inexpensive white cardstock you were using. I have the Neenah Classic Crest Solar White but something a little less expensive for this technique would be wonderful. This really is such a wonderful way to use up those cardstock scraps though. I think you are so inventive in your techniques and look forward to every new video.

  10. Absolutely incredible, Jennifer!! Would be a wonderful way to spend an afternoon when creative mojo has escaped!! LOVE this!! Thanks for being YOU! YOU are BLESSING!!

  11. Awesome cards and great use of the gel plate. My favorite is the Love you lots card, so beautiful.
Thank you so much for sharing your great inspiration in the video and post.
Stay safe and have a wonderful weekend.

  12. Hi Jennifer
Thankyou for another gel press video. I recently found an inexpensive 6×6 gel press and bought it. I just started a bunch of die cutting and I am having fun with that. Got some backgrounds done. Now I can try out making inked die cuts. Thanks again
    Lisa Johnson

  13. Great cards and techniques! You mentioned the white paper you use to do the die cutting and that you would list it in the supplies. I don’t see it there but perhaps I just missed it.

  14. Thanks for another great video with more ideas for using the gel press. I always enjoy how you give ideas for stretching supplies.

  15. I love watching your videos! I so appreciate you showing us all the different ways to use our products to get the most out of them. I have a gel press that I bought years ago on clearance not knowing what it really was or how to use it! You have shown me so many ways to use it now! I really like the looks of all the florals you pressed into it, but also the stitched items that show off the stitch as white! Thanks for all the ideas!

  16. Love your videos…i learn something everytime! Also my tool chest is full of yout recommendations

  17. I’m so stoked to see another video from you using the gel press. It makes me happy to find out how I can create lovely cards without having to do fussy colouring, which I struggle with due to tremors. Thanks Jennifer!

  18. Question
what brayer roller are you using?
Ive tried your technique with speedball and it doesnt leave smooth color. Thanks for you videos

  19. I love the Bearly Art Glue it is so nice having that fine tip for such small images. Love your card and the gel plate is cool.

  20. Hi Jennifer,
First, I want to tell you how much I enjoy your videos. Always something to look forward to!
And now a question for you about something that you mentioned and I don’t remember where…
You showed how to use the reverse side of a die to get a larger image when a larger die wasn’t available.
Can you please share a link to where you discussed that? Thank you.

  21. Using a gel press sounds like a great idea, but would it not be quicker to colour the paper and do the die cutting afterwards?
