Another fabulous video of favorites!! I have to say that my most used tools in the craft room are my Misti and blender brushes! I LOVE both!!

  2. Heather DePasquale says:

Wow! I have most of the items you have discussed. Great video for their importance in paper crafting. I must say that I have used VersaMark from the beginning of my paper crafting and I can’t think of using anything different for it’s purpose. I just started using the sticky mat with my MISTI and I love the small TONIC paper trimmer. Thanks Jennifer!!

  3. Charlene Mart says:

    Hi!
I guess my favorite tool from above is the Misti stamping tool. I’m more of a die cutter so I’m not that great when it comes to stamping. I love that you get second and third chances to get it right with that.
I also use the microfiber cloths in my craftroom and the portable vacuum. Thanks for sharing your favs with us!

  4. Rosemary D says:

One of my favorite tools is my Tim Holtz glass mat. Love it!

  5. Laverne says:

My favourite tool is the anti-static powder bag. The stray embossing powder used to drive me bonkers! For years I tucked my embossing powders away. Once I purchased the bag I renewed my love for embossing! No more lone embossing rebels!! Thank you for your honesty and authenticity. I usually finish your videos saying to myself “I really like her”!

  6. Angelin Kachor says:

The Tim Holtz Trimmer!! Love this video. I need to go back and rewatch the ink video from last year.

  7. Pat McCleary says:

I honestly can’t name a favorite. Several of these have been on my wish list a while, like the laminator. But I am blown away by The Works tool. It does everything except serve dinner. This series is a wonderful resource. Thanks so much for all your time and efforts to share these videos with us.

  8. Nancy Ketcham says:

I’d love to get the ergonomic blending brushes. Probably some Easy See tape. Just got a new Misti!

  9. Arcana Bernard says:

I’m new to card making, so I don’t have many tools yet. I’m thinking my next purchase will be the MISTI. I think my stress will be greatly diminished and so will my oops pile. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and hosting the giveaway.

  10. Sheryl Wineberg says:

The Misti is my favorite tool.. I use it for all my stamping. After watching one of your videos I bought a gel press. So much fun!!!

I love my Tim Holtz trimmer. It’s so nice to be able to trim off the slightest little bit.

  14. Cassi says:

I use the Fiskers microtip scissors every time I sit down to craft! And I have the angled reverse tweezers, but want to trade them for the flat set you showed. Thanks for sharing these lists again!!!

  15. Linda Palmer says:

Thanks so much for taking all the time and effort to make these videos. I’ve purchased items in the past and been disappointed. But after watching the Misti in action I asked for it for Christmas and I’m sooo happy.
This has been a tough year for me on top of the whole covid mess and I feel like you have been a “friend” helping me through. My crafting makes me happy and your videos help ground me in my happy place.

  16. Melissa Rico says:

I love that you share your favorite things. Will you do a video on you craft room. I know you have one of your other house. Thanks

I love your card making videos and recommendations through the My Favorite Crafty videos and posts. I bought the Fishers Titanium Micro tip scissors via your recommendation and have been practicing fussy cutting and the scissors have made a difference. Thank you.

  19. Heather Reese says:

I love this video series and look forwards to it every year. It’s so fun to see new products.I have to say that I use my Misti almost every day, so that is my favorite. I am very intrigued by the gel press. There may be one in my future!

Hi Jennifer, thanks for enabling us with such great information on all of these crafting products, I have a few things on my wish list.

  22. Angela Nicholson says:

Love my flat reverse tweezers, my Tim Holtz black mat, my everything really. I use everything every time I craft all on your recommendation as I find you inspirational. I know you wouldnt have recommended anything you haven’t tried out yourself. How good is that. You do all the hard work for us craftier to take advantage of. Keep up the good work.

  24. Deonna Hotovec says:

I absolutely love this series every year AND it is probably my favorite tool!
I am not sure I have just one favorite from the rest of the tools but I love a lot of the little helper tools like the retractable picker, the triangle jewel tray, the bone folder, the tape and dispenser. I also love my MISTI

  25. Julia H. says:

The Gina K blending brushes. I love the stand to keep my crafting area tidy. They are definitely on my wish list!!

  26. Renae Rauenhorst says:

    Love my MISTI.

  27. Arianna Barbara says:

All these tools are amazing and very useful but my favourite is definitely the MISTI Stamping Tool!!! 😍

  28. Elise says:

I absolutely could not live without my MISTI. Worth every penny!

  29. Claire Barrette says:

Two years ago I finally got organized thanks to your videos.

  30. Beth Willoughby says:

The Misti has been a total game changer for me. Can’t do without it now!

  31. Beth Merrill says:

After years of wanting, I finally got a MISTI in 2020 and it has made my crafting life so much more enjoyable, productive, and stress-free! I also really love my gel press and plan to do more projects with them in the coming months!

  32. ellagene says:

thank you for the time you put into the videos
just this week i fixed a cardboard block to hold my inks on my work space of inking my papers ( funny how the mind works)
I loved the tip on not mixing your brushes with the different inks
thanks again for all your hard work (even if we call it playing)
    et

  33. Julie Webb says:

I love my MISTI which was a new purchase for me this year. It has changed my card making so much for the better and has made me happy!
Thank you for sharing your favorites with us.

  34. Sarah Fuchs says:

Honestly a tie between the MISTI and Press n’ Seal. I love using Press n’ Seal as an extra barrier for glitter gel as well as for removing those tiny die cut out pieces. It’s also something that I use frequently in the kitchen. A true multitasker! The MISTI has changed my stamping game. I love that I can stamp multiple small stamps at once, so I can stamp everything I’ll be using on one card simultaneously. I also love that I can add more ink & re-stamp an image to darken any light spots from the first attempt. I honestly don’t know how anyone is able to do layer does without a MISTI either. This tool is probably the best gift you can give yourself or a crafty friend.

  35. Stampin2dau says:

My favorite from this post was the laminator. I was curious what all you could do with it so I searched your blog for laminator and found all your videos using it. I remember seeing one awhile back and thinking I want to try that. As you know during Christmas card making season you have a million things you want to try and only so much time. ha ha… I just ordered the laminator from Amazon and can’t wait to try your amazing techniques out!

  36. June Stengel says:

Thank you for being the “test kitchen” for me! I know when you use something, it is a helpful tool for a reason.
I use the Misti ALL THE TIME- it has been a great investment. And the tip to use that dry eraser to rub the Misti surface gives me much better results, especially with background stamps.
The blending brushes have changed my life for the better (hence their name!)– fabulous results every time.

  37. mjose277 says:

Another great video… so much valuable information and demonstration… Probably my favorite tool you reviewed that I own is the Misti, but I am going to purchase the inkstand for mini cubes and the easy see tape after watching this video. Thanks Jennifer.

  38. Donna Matthews says:

How could I pick just one! I really love the waffle flower mat and use it often, but I use the glass mat every day!

  39. Pam P says:

Love your videos. I am relatively new to using inks and stamps and I have learned so much from you since I “found” you about a year ago. My favorite tool is my MISTI…just trying to learn blending, so will try your blending brushes soon (as soon as I can order). Thanks again for your inspiration!

  40. Jeanne Beam says:

I always love your videos on craft products. Thanks so much for sharing…

  41. barbara lassiter says:

Love my Misti…….most used tool in my craft room!

  42. Kathy Mc says:

MISTI has to be my most favorite tool. Besides my paper cutter, I use it for every single card. TFS your favorites, Jennifer!

  43. Gail Smith says:

The Misti stamping tool has got to be my favorite. It makes stamping so easy. It’s ingenious! Thank you Jennifer for all your tips, guidance, ideas and videos!

  44. Debbie says:

I haven’t been card making for long, so am still trying out stuff to see what I like. I have recently got some Distress Inks, and have just been using cheap make up sponges to blend with them. They work OK, but I do get inky fingers! So I think I would like to get some proper blending brushes…

  45. Barbara says:

I love Studio Katia Triangle Trays! I have a half dozen that I use for so many small things!!!!

  46. Kylie Z says:

The Tim Holtz mat gets two thumbs up!

  47. Barbara says:

Love the series of your favorite crafty things–It is so helpful to be able to see products in action and compare them with those we have on hand. It also helps me prioritize things I need or want so I spend on those items that are most important to add or to replace older items that no longer work for me rather than just buying eveyrthing new I see!!!

  48. Beth says:

Another use for the Simon grid is to place it on top of your card front in a stamping platform, and stamp a sentiment or any stamp on it to see if you like the position. While it can be done with any piece of clear acrylic, the grid helps with lining up. Note: one side is printed and will come off with some ink cleaners so take care! I wrote “back” on mine with a Sharpie to know that’s the side against the platform.

The “ergonomic” blending brushes hurt my hand – just the position of arthritis/old minor injury at the base of my thumb. So one size (of anything!) does not fit all.

  49. Jan says:

Thank you for a great video. I am wanting a Misti! I don’t have any of the tools you do, just got my first blender brushes and am enjoying them.

  50. Mendy Crumpton says:

So hard to pick one but mine would have to be my stamping tool. I think I buy them all. 🙂
