I have always enjoyed making tri-fold cards. After you make one, you will be addicted! In the video I show a few ways to go about assembling a design like this. Be sure to check it out!

My first example features the new and oh-so-perfect Pink and Main Sweet Bouquets Stamp Set (SSS | P&M). This set is SO fun to color! When the card is closed you can see a bit of the flower image through a Hero Arts Hearts Infinity die cut window and Pink and Main Bowtiful Stamp Set (SSS | P&M) sentiment.

I also stamped on the front of a card with Pink and Main Pattern Maker Stamp Set (SSS | P&M) and Hero Arts Unicorn White Ink.

When you open the card, there is a flower bouquet surprise and additional message…

And when you open again, there is room for a personal message.

Here is a second card with a similar design. I again used the Pink and Main Sweet Bouquets Stamp Set (SSS | P&M) and Hero Arts Hearts Infinity Dies. This time I added a sentiment from the Pink and Main Thanks to You Stamp Set (SSS | P&M). I also stamped a vertical greeting around the window with the unique Pink and Main Vertical Greetings Stamp Set (SSS | P&M).

I can’t get over how cute that bouquet is…

When you open the card you see the full image and another sentiment.

And I have one more floral example! This time I used the Pink and Main Pretty Jars Stamp Set (SSS | P&M). I again added strips with the Pink and Main Pattern Maker Stamp Set (SSS | P&M).

When you open the card, this is a large image surprise… that opens to reveal the personal message.

My next card shows that you can use smaller images with this card design. It features the Pink and Main Crafty Stamp Set (SSS | P&M), along with a background created with the My Favorite Things Dot Stamp and Hero Arts Unicorn White Ink.

I love all these fun crafty images that are revealed when you open the card!

Once again, the tri-fold design gives a nice area for a personal message.

My last card features a little scene I made with the Pink and Main Sketched Easter Stamp Set (SSS | P&M).

You could do this card with a smaller window so you only see one critter. Then when you open it you see the rest. However, I went with a bit window.

And finally, when you open the whole card, there is room to write a message.

I hope you will try this type of card!

  12. I absolutely love the crafty card. My only problem is trying to color the images. I tried to use my alcohol markers but the images are too small! What did you use to color these? Thanks again for all of the wonderful tutorials.

  13. Thank you again for the great ideas and tips. I use plastic for test stamping all the time but have never used it to curve the stamp! And I like the way you doubled the use of framelits by cutting around them. 👍🙂
