  1. You inspire me so much on crafting. Love to spread the kindness too. Thank you for the tips, ideas and just having fun in what you do.

  2. Little things from Lucy’s cards are my favorite, so pretty… Nuvo drops are another one… that’s a good list, thanks!

  3. Glossy accents is my favorite finishing touch! I like that I can apply it all over a stamped image to really make the image shine. I also use your tip and put glossy accents on critters’ eyes to make them pop a bit. Thanks for sharing!

  4. My favourite finishing touch is sealing the envelope with washi tape. I love to add the wink of stella pen when I can but I almost always seal with washi tape.

  5. My favorite finishing touches are sequins and sparkle pens. Thanks for the tips on how to use the Nuvo drops, now I see how to be successful in creating round enamel dots on the craft sheet. Yes!

  6. I follow just about all your videos and have learned so much. But I’m in love with this Crafty series, with tidbits of information to help us have the right things available to make our cards. Nothing more frustrating than being half way through the. Card to discover you don’t have the items you want to finish the card! Now I have a better idea as to what to keep on hand and where to get it from. Thank you, Sandy

  7. I love sparkle, so I’m still big on the Spectrum Noir or Wink of Stella. Sparkling clear sequins seem to find their way onto my cards a lot, too.

  8. I love all sorts of finishing touches – so it’s great to see your list. I tend to favour glitter pens, glitter glues and pearls.

  9. I have fallen in love with embossing so I like to emboss a little “homemade for you” on the back of my card or something else on the envelope flap.

  10. Glossy accents, clear Sakura shimmer pen, and maybe a spritz of some sort of shimmer. That and inking the edges of all layers.

  11. Sparkle sparkle and more sparkle. I love my Wink of Stella but I am dying to try sequins as soon as I have extra money I am buying all the ones you recommended in this video. 🙂

  12. Well, Jennifer, I think this may have been my favorite of Your Favorite Crafty Things videos! I learned so much from the other videos and we bought quite a bit, too. But how much SPARKLE could you possibly put in one video?

Honey, I am a sparkle, shine, and shimmer type of girl! I have most of the pens you shared and some of the Ranger products.
How have I been making cards and scrapbooking all of these years without those magnificent different sequins? I really love them all! The little hearts took my heart! I would use the clear sequins so often! And with so many niece’s, how could I have denied them the Fairy Dust sequins for all of their birthdays, thinking of you cards and all of the others through-out the years? One thing I have learned from you (and Kathy Racoosin, too) is the little details make the magic happen! I really hope I am chosen to receive the SSS gift or the Nuvo Drops! Either way, I would want to get the Nuvo Drops and a drawer full of beautiful, delicate sequins! Thank you for the chance!

  13. Wink of Stella is probably my favorite, but I use a lot of glossy accents too. It’s all great stuff though!
Recently purchased some of the Chibi lights – but no time to play until after Christmas. I’m pretty excited about those so am eager to find and watch your video!
Anyone else have trouble with the Uni Ball Signo Gel Pen quitting working way before it’s out of ink? Its still the best I’ve found, but I hate that they only work for a short time (and there’s clearly lots of ink left). The Sakura white and black glaze pens do the same too. I love the effect of all of them when they work-but very frustrated at having to re-buy so often.

  14. Right now my favourite finishing touches are normally to do with either foil or metallic accents! I really enjoy metallic sharpies and they sometimes provide that little bit extra to take my card from cute home made to holy moly, you made this?!? I would love to oneday be able to get my creations out into the world from little new Zealand and make it my passion career!

  15. I recently discovered your tutorials on You Tube and am really enjoying the ideas and shared techniques. I especially love the fact that you include a full list of supplies and where to find them. I also enjoy “seeing” your craft room. Obviously, as a professional, your craftroom is amazing. Can you share some ideas (or your followers) on various other craft room/spaces? As I am in the process of redesigning my craft/sewing room, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  16. You gave me some wonderful ideas on finishing my projects. I love Wink of Stella and can’t wait to try Sakura pen plus the glitter spray.

  17. Love the glossy accents and the precision tips bottles. Of course love all the products but anything that adds gloss or shimmer is a winner.

  18. I would love to have the Wink of Stella pens! Thank you so much for the inspiration and the chance to win this great prize.

  19. Thank you for all your cretive ideas and videos. Shimmer spritz has become one of my favorites along with the Wink of Stella and Spectrum Noir shimer pens. I’m looking forward to your next videos. 🙂

  20. My favourite accent has to be the shimmer spritz, not in the least because now the days of choosing between cardstock based on colour or pretty finish are over! I think it really helps to bring out any dry embossing too. Though, the translucent Nuvo drops you showed look very intriguing too! I will have to investigate 🙂

  21. My top three faves are, wink of stella, pretty pink posh clear sequins and glossy accents. I find they add the perfect “something” that completes all my cards.

  22. I have two…. my go to for most cards is wink of Stella clear brush pen, and recently I can’t stop using the Pretty Pink Posh clear droplets. I’ve been putting them on EVERYTHING!

  23. Again Jennifer, thank you so much for taking the time to put together these fabulous videos. Love all of the sparkling finishing touches. My favourite would have to be my Wink of Stella and clear sequins.

  24. Thanks for the wonderful informative video!! So many excellent tips and tricks. I’m so excited to try out my nuvo drops to make as you suggested!! I didn’t know you could make them ahead of time ? My favorite finishing touches out be to use the wink of Stella pens and sequins.

  25. I have fallen in love with the Nuvo crystal dots. So far my collection of colors is small, but I enjoy adding a new color whenever I can. And it’s a rare card that doesn’t sparkle with my Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen. I love shiny things!

  26. My favorite finishing touches are sequins and enamel dots. Just a couple to finish it off. Thanks for sharing your awesome videos this year!!

  27. When a card seems to missing something, Wink of Stella adds the perfect finishing touch to give it the “wow” factor.

  28. I like the enamel dots for fun cards. Since I make a lot of Guy cards, I found real wood ‘domed dots’ and now matte finish enamel dots. For girly cards, it has to be sequins, or jewel-cut dots.
Thanks so much for making all these helpful videos….now we don’t have to buy ‘trial and error’ !!

  29. My style of card making is very clean and simple. I usually reach for my stash of sequins when it comes to adding finishing touches. I am seriously thinking of getting a Wink of Stella pen after watching your videos. I love the shimmer it adds to the project.

  30. I like the Wink of Stella clear pen and sequins. I just bought a bottle of Nuvo drops so I hope to add some of those to my cards as well. I love the look of enamel dots but I find them a bit bulky to mail.

  31. As always I learned so much today! I can’t thank you enough for sharing your tips! Every video is like a mini tutorial and a blast of inspiration! I love using gold and silver thread for bows and wink of Stella and glossy accents are always waiting nearby! But I must say I love love love all the sequins, fairy dust, shimmer and nuvo drops and I don’t have any of those items! I can’t wait to try them all! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
    Stay Wonderful!
    Hugs, Tammy
