Another giveaway…

… and the fastest card I have ever made.

Yes, I love product that just screams at you on what to do, making it easy to create in no time at all.  That is what happened when I pulled out THIS tag from Elle's Studio…

050510 Elles JenMcGuire Supplies: Elle's Studio tag; Corner Chomper corner rounder; American Crafts Thickers for "you"; Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher

(BTW… don't you love those mini staples?  You can get them HERE.)

I use Elle's a lot for my article in Creating Keepsakes.  Why?  They have a lot of pre-made tags and such that make creating easy and colorful.  Bonus.

So, Elle's Studio knows I love them and offered a prize to give away here.  Fabulous, huh?  Turns out they just released a ton of new stuff for summer and spring, including a vintage summer line, stamps, tiny tags and even ATC-sized journaling tags for all you stampers out there.  You can see their site HERE.  I enjoy following their blog HERE and on twitter HERE.

Back to that giveaway.  Just leave a comment here by Sunday the 9th at 11:59pmEST telling me your favorite fast go-to creating goodies and I will pick a lucky winner of all of this Elle's goodness…

OK… off to start the day.  Have a good one!

Cute card. I will have to check out their site. My go to quick card is a piece of beautiful paper and a great sentiment. I especially use geometric papers and sentiments for guy cards.

  5. rhonda nickol says:

I really love Elle’s stuff just need to get around to ordering some! I also love my mini attacher!

  6. My favorite fast tip is to use my Cricut. When I’m cutting stuff out for more elaborate projects I also cut out sentiments and phrases so my paper doesn’t go to waste. I then Xyron them and have them next to my desk. When I have some scraps that I want to turn into a card I just reach for the sentiments and I’m done 🙂

I think stickers can make a quick card. This line is new to me, the items look so nice. I also like using a stamp on a background in the appropriate color with out coloring in the image just add a ribbon and sentiment and your done. Nice card you made Jennifer. TFS!!! 😀

WoWzA, love this card, Jennifer … I’m so gonna CASE it!

I love using digital collaged bird files for a quick card. Die-cut a tree branch and a couple of leaves, stamp a sentiment, and finis! I post ’em regularly on my blog and my readers seem to love ’em too!

Thanks for the chance to win some goodness! You’re da bestest!

I always reach to the punch. it’s so versatile and adds lots of character.

  18. milkcan says:

When I want to create quickly, I grab patterned paper that already has a hand painted look, so that I don’t need to paint it!

  19. elisa says:

    border punches for sure!

  20. Jayne says:

My fasest go-to stuff are die-cuts and bold rubber stamps. I color the rubber and add a sentiment and it’s done. Or I alter the die-cut and adhere it to the card with a sentiment and again, voila’. This is a fun week, Jennifer. Thanks for your generosity.

I love the Cuttlebug embossing folders for a quick card. I add just a strip of printed paper and a stamped message and done. For quick scrapbook pages, I love to grab one of My Mind’s Eyes coordinated sets…a two page layout can go together in a matter of minutes. Love this new stuff from Elle’s Studio…glad to know about their products. Now another blog to visit on a daily basis! (:

Wow — those tags are now on my go-to list! Love them!! I use Thickers a lot. I just really love the character they can bring to a piece — I like to use mainly on projects (ie mini books) and cards — for some reason don’t use much in my big scrapbooks — not really sure why not — I need to! 🙂

  29. Lindsay says:

Wow, you wouldn’t have guessed that was the fastest card you made!! My fast-tip would be to use what you have on hand. I sometimes just grab things and force them together, adding embellishments with the same color or paper with the same color as the embellishments– make it work!! 🙂
