The trick of using VersaMark Ink to prep a stamp before using it really helps me and I am hoping it helps you, too! Please keep in mind there are lots of tricks for getting clear stamped images… this is just the one that worked best for me. Give it a try!

(Note: It is important to take care of your stamps. Be sure to clean them with a safe stamp cleaner, such as Ultra Clean.)

Have a great day.

Thank you for the GREAT tip, Jennifer! I’ve tried it couple days ago. I used rubber mounted stamp and Distress Ink. First I tried without VersaMark and it didn’t work as I imagined. I remembered this tip (I saw it when you published it) and tried using VersaMark. It worked perfectly. :o)

When I originally commented I seem to have clicked
the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and
now whenever a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the same comment.
Is there a means you can remove me from that service?

    Many thanks!
