  1. Totally delightful video, Jennifer. Thank you for sharing your creative process right from the beginning.. Seeing you pre-cut or use already cut items was an eyeopener for me. I’ve generally done better with crafting when I start with pieces or supplies and just see what I can come up with. Again thank you.

  2. Thank you for sharing the process you use to create your charming cards and all the tips to keep the ideas flowing. I genuinely like your encouragement to find the best way for the individual crafter. Thank, again, for your time.

  3. Thank you for this fantastic video. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for a very long time as I often struggle with my creativity and overthink everything myself. I get overwhelmed with so many options and It’s so refreshing to see the thinking process and not only the final, heavily edited video. Very often I get frustrated when I try to follow the video and it takes me 3x as long with 10x more mess 🙂
I really hope you will do more videos like this one in the future. Sending love and hugs. Thanx again!!!!

  4. WOW! Loved this video and it didn’t seem long at all. Thanks so much for sharing. You truly are amazing and if I could only follow one card maker it would be you!

  5. Amazing video!!! I love watching your creative process!!! Gorgeous cards!!! Can’t wait for my SB package to come!!! Thanks Jennifer!!!

  6. Fantastic video. Love all your tips on putting cards and ideas together. Love all the stamps and dies set. Your cards are amazing. Thank you.

  7. Great Video. I loved the stitched cards so creative. Thank you for taking the time to share such great ideas.

  8. Hi, Jennifer – I’m halfway through the video and I just have to get to bed… I am useless after a certain hour, esp on a weeknight. I so appreciate your analytical qualities. Your ability to dissect and figure out why this or how that…. your brain must never stop!
I’ll finish the video in the morning. You’ve made me think that I should at least look into the die of the month clubs at SB. I already order from them but have resisted this. If the savings is really substantial, maybe it would be worth it. Thanks for the info.

  9. I love and appreciate all the hard work you put into your cards and videos. I loved all the cards…as usual. You are amazing!!!

  10. What a refreshing and affirming video, Jennifer!! It flew by for me and didn’t seem like 41 minutes at all!! To know that you have the same creative struggles that I seem to have is such a relief to me!! I, often, wonder why can’t I do what my favorite designers are doing??? Hah! To know that we’re not seeing the “whole” process is sure a help!! I LOVED this and those dies!! Oh my word!! I have fallen in love with stitching on cards, too! YOU are BLESSING!

PS To know that you “misplace” items, too, is so reassuring!! I’m missing about two or three stamps…they have disappeared!!

PPS That pic of Lila…such a cutie patootie!! A mini YOU!!

  11. Very interesting. I liked your drawer with all the die cuts. Will try that tip. Love the stitching die, wish we could just buy that one. Thanks for all you do.

  12. Thank you Jennifer for the less edited video. I liked watching your process and ideas for placement of die cut letters using the new yellow Spellbinders tape. I took a look at some videos online of the color catalog that you mentioned and noted in a thumbnail. However, I have been unable to find your video and how you use the color catalog. I’m very interested in this idea as using the color wheel is helpful but I think this catalog would be even more helpful in selecting colors.

  13. This was a great video as usual. Thank you for the info on Sarah Clarks color catalog. I paint and craft and color help is always useful.

  14. This was so wonderful Jennifer…. I could watch you create all day….videos never too long for me. I learn so much. Definitely get my juices flowing… Keep them coming… I would like to see you here EVERYDAY.

  15. FABULOUS video! I am so inspired as always. Question…where can I find your video about the Color Catalog? Thanks and you Be Blessed!

  16. I think the way you show and explain how to make these beautiful cards are quite magical. You inspire your love of card making and infuse the thought that nothing is wrong and that anyone can do this . Even a novice like me . Thank you so much for this you have given me a second life . When I need time to be alone and to sort my head out I reach for card stock not pills.
God keep you safe and keep doing what your doing xxx

  17. THANK YOU THANK YOU for taking us through your creative process !! Your professional looking cards and videos start with a creative process. Please make more of these !! Any tidbits about “how to create” is greatly appreciate. And echoing what other said – I could watch you ALL DAY. 🙂 God Bless.

  18. Thanks you again for your amazing video, I like to see your creative process and the many ideas that you always offer to all of us. Very much appreciate this, you can continue doing them anytime!! Blessings 🙂

  19. This was a wonderful video for the truth it reveals. It’s very helpful to see the creative process unmasked and unedited. Thank you so much!

  20. Jennifer, I liked this video showing your thought processes. Very interesting. I saw the THANKS die earlier and joined the small die club just to get it. It came yesterday and I was going to cut out 4 today. I gave up after three because I am having to poke out every single hole out of the die each time. The rolling scrubby brush won’t work. Do you have any suggestions to maybe prime a die so the excess will come out more easily? Do they get any better with use? Thanks for all your inspiration.

    1. Run it through with a dryer sheet. The wax will coat the die and your die cuts will come out easily.

  21. What a Joy to watch your creative journey! Every time you said that you over think ‘Everything’, I was saying “Me Too!” Thank you for sharing your techniques to make that energy work “For you”! I also appreciate the variety of ideas to make great use your supplies. You are a wonderful teacher! Thank you for all you share with us. It has helped me evolve on my own crafty journey!! Many Blessings!
Also, I love Lila’s Crazy photo!;)

    1. Thank you Jennifer for another amazing video; I too could spend all day watching you create. I love your card designs and your clean style. I am another overthinker, and finally d your videos so helpful. Long may you continue to shower us with your creative gifts. Again, thank you for all you do.from the land down under.

  22. Your ingenuity is amazing. I wish I had your mind. You’re engineering comes out in your cards. I need instructions to turn a lamp on and off. Seriously thanks so much for sharing with us your talent is amazing and I really appreciate that you keep stressing that we should use what we have in our stash. I agree with you that Spellbinders has amazing card and die kits. There is something for everyone. I think of you often and it sticks in my mind how you stress to share kindness. I find myself, because of you, thinking more kindly than I used to. You are a role model even to this 85 year old.

  23. Love you Jennifer! Your style, class, Grace, and your huge heart. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself with us. All of your hard work is appreciated. YOU are APPRECIATED.

  24. So FUN! I know you know what you’re doing, but man oh man, those humongous scissors scare me lol You forgot the part where (I) always seem to have to pry up a glued card base or die cut using my bone folder, slipping it under and all around til it pops off lol GREAT video! Keep em’ coming!

  25. Wow Jennifer, what a lovely video. I love all the awesome cards.
Thank you so much for sharing your creative process, your creative brain is huge!
Your video was so great to watch, know that you are so apreciated.
Stay safe and have a wonderful weekend.

  26. Hi Jennifer! I LOVE this video. It was SUPER, SUPER helpful. I’ve never watched a video that helped with “ the creative process” and my sincere thanks for taking us along on your’s. These many years I’ve tried sketching but the fact your’s are rough drafts is just the help I needed. I also liked your pause button making a simple card or duplicating a previous design we’ve already created. Oh, and I finally understand how shadows created by stacking our diecuts etc. can really enhance the look of a card. I could go on and on, but this type of video is one I would watch all the time. A peek into “behind the scenes” explains so much. Again, thank you. 😊❤️
