Product Release Close-Up: Essentials by Ellen + Giveaway
Hi! Today I wanted to share a Product Release Close-Up Video showcasing the newest Essentials by Ellen release… along with *many* card examples. This post also is part of a fun blog hop with giveaways!

OK… so I originally planned to make this video as a simple Product Release Close-Up of the newest Essentials by Ellen release. However, I got carried away and made lots of card examples! Please be sure to watch the video to learn more about these products. I am hoping the video helps you decide if any of the products are right for you to add to your collection. They are all wonderful! You can find them all HERE.
I wanted to include photos of each of the cards here.
First up? The Essentials by Ellen Stay Salty Stamp Set colored with Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens on Bristol Smooth Cardstock. They blend like easy-to-control-watercolor and give lots of shine… especially on this cardstock. The background is from the Essentials by Ellen Stitching Lines Die Set.
Using the same Essentials by Ellen Stay Salty Stamp Set, I created this mermaid encouragement card. Wish you could see the shine in the photos…
Talk about a cheerful card! I used the pineapple from the Essentials by Ellen Stay Golden Stamp Set and added shimmer…
I think I am going to make a bunch of these sunshine cards. The sun is from the Essentials by Ellen All Inside Stamp Set and the sentiment is from the new Warm Fuzzies Stamp Set. This set has many messages that could be teamed up with a variety of stamp images. Again, shimmer color and a Essentials by Ellen Stitching Lines Dies background.
The rest of today’s cards use many of the same supplies. (I just couldn’t stop playing with them!) I used the new Essentials by Ellen Silver Linings Die Set to create the ray-filled-clouds and glittered raindrops… and the Essentials by Ellen Warm Fuzzies Stamp Set for the sentiment. I made a few variations so I could have a few “get well cards” on hand. I varied the way I used Essentials by Ellen Stitching Lines Dies on the background.
For another quick variation, I used the Essentials by Ellen Silver Linings Die Set to create a ray-filled-cloud using felt. The texture is amazing and perfect for a cloud! (By the way, this great die set was design by the wonderful Julie Ebersole based on her video HERE.)
My favorite card in the bunch is this next simple one. I used the ray die from the Essentials by Ellen Silver Linings Die Set but die cut the result using the Essentials by Ellen Brushstroke Hello Die. The stitched lines are great on a diagonal.
The next example uses the Concord & 9th Joy die….
And my final card? I created a ray-filled heart and added a “hello” sentiment from the Essentials by Ellen Lovely Stamp Set.
Whew! That was fun. I hope you will try out some of these great products!
