No Stamping! And a Little Enabling…
Hello!
I am a stamper. First and foremost. But sometimes it is fun to create without a stamp. (Yes, I said it!)
This card uses no stamps – just some of my favorite embellishments…
Here are the goodies I used:
- Buttons: I love buttons. Always have. And the variety Design Button packs from Stampin’ Up? They are on the top of my favorites list.
- Embossing Folder: Lifestyle Crafts embossing folders don’t do as deep of an embossing as other brands. But sometimes subtle is good! THIS one looks great on kraft paper.
- Wood Veneer: Yes, see those awesome words? Those are wood veneer words from Studio Calico. I just covered them with a bit of Glossy Accents and added the glitter…
- Glitter: I used this same Stardust Glitter Ritz glitter in my last few posts. It has a vintage silver color. LOVE. Microfine and subtle
Speaking of the Stardust Glitter Ritz glitter. A few people asked how it compared to regular silver glitter. The color difference is subtle, but it has a warn, vintage tint to it. That’s Stardust on the left and another normal silver glitter on the right…
Yep, sometimes creating without stamps is fun. Have you tried it? Would love to hear what your favorite non-stamping goodies are.
See you soon. (And likely with stamps in hand!)
