That’s a lot of Distress Ink…

Found this old card while digging through my computer.

And the first thought to my head? “Oh my, that’s a lot of Distress Ink.” Ha.

The background? Covered white cardstock with Peeled Paint Distress Ink and then stamped on it with water. The flower? Inked it with Milled Lavendar Distress Ink and sprayed it with water to blend. The petals? Stamped it with Peeled Paint Distress Ink.

What can I say… I just like Distress Inks. πŸ™‚

Card Supplies:

I have been finishing up plans for my classes for Absolutely Everything, Buffalo Stamps and Simply Scrapbooks and thought I would show a few more peeks… (For more info on classes, click HERE.)

Can’t wait. Love teaching.

True Scrap

And if you sign up through THIS link, you will receive a link to an additional private stamping how-to video class later this month. Just a fun perk and β€œthank you.” (Please note: You must buy through THIS link. Private links will be sent out soon. In my True Scrap stamping class (which is one of 12 classes), I review:

  • Stamping + Scrapbooking (with examples)
  • My Three Favorite Techniques along with 3 never-seen scrapbook pages and 6 never-seen cards. New techniques!

Thank you to everyone who signed up! We sure had fun.

By the way… I will be giving some prizes away to random comments this week, thanks to donations from Simon Says Stamp. You never know when I will pick someone! See you soon.

Well personally I LOVE distress inks-but how did you get that to stamp so well without it all running together? Was the ink dry? I’m so curious-may have to play with my inks today! Very lovely card, btw. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the video classes-it’s either instruction/crops/retreats or supplies for me so I choose supplies and then have a friend come spend a weekend for a crop retreat at home. But I am sure those videos are absolutely wonderful!
