New products and another giveaway

Hello!

Welcome back.  This is fun giving stuff away.  Making people smile is contagious. 🙂

So, today, I thought I would hook ya up with some goodness from Stampin' Up.  I love Stampin' Up.  Why?  Many reasons.  A big one?  Because they create new stamp addicts everyday.  They go into people's homes and share the love of stamping.  Can't get much better than that.  And, their stamps are made in the US, like many of my other favorite stamp companies (Hero Arts, A Muse, Stampers Anonymous, etc.)

Here are a couple cards I created with some of their new products from their summer mini catalog.    These hearts make my heart pitter patter.  They are cling ("clear mount") stamps.  (Did you know they have those now?) The border of words is actually part of a Jumbo Builder Wheel set.  (Which, by the way, I am giving away below!)  You just load it up on a roller and roll onto the card for a fun border…

050410 SU JenMcGuire
Supplies: Stampin' Up stamps (I {Heart} Hearts, Itty Bitty Shape heart, Whimsical Words greeting, Thoughtful Friend Wheel) and heart punch; EK Success border punch; Hero Arts inks and notecard and pearls and flower; Neenah white paper; Rock Candy Distress Stickles (center of flower)

Here is another super simple card I did with a new set from Stampin' Up.  The cool thing about these Itty Bitty BIts stamps is that they have Itty Bitty Shape punches that are the perfect size for them.  So cool.  However, I decided to make my circles bigger and use a 1/2" circle punch instead…

050410 SU 2 JenMcGuire Supplies: Stampin' Up stamps (Itty Bitty Shape heart, Whimsical Words greeting), inks and punches;  Hero Arts notecard; Neenah white paper; White embossing powder; Versamark

So… that first card used a wheel to stamp the border.  Stampin' Up has new builder wheels that lets you stack one, two or three wheels together on one jumbo handle to create great backgrounds.  Well, I have a set for you!  This includes everything you need to get creating.

Just leave a comment here by Sunday the 9th at 11:59pmEST telling me if you are a cardmaker, scrapbooker or both… and you may win these goodies…

See you tomorrow with another giveaway.  Remember to comment on Monday and Tuesday's posts too if you haven't yet.

Take care.

I’m a stamper, tried and true from the very beginning of my introduction to stamps. In fact I started with a home company called D.O.T. S. which is now called Close to My Heart. I do a little scrapbooking. Those new wheels look so cool. Don’t have them but do have a lot of Stampin’ Up products. I agree with your comments regarding that company. How fun you are making for all of us besides the great card ideas! Thank you!

I’m both…somedays, I can’t decide which I am more of! Lately, really into cards. I have bought a lot of stamps I see on your blog and the Hero blog, esp that big dot background and some of the Artists stamps lately. But I started scrapbooking and have done so for 7 years now. Took a CKU class from you and Tracy a few years ago using stamping in sb’ing. Love it!

I’ve been a cardmaker ever since Janet introduced stamps to the island of Mauritius many years ago. She got me scrapping two years ago when my grandson was born. I now have a granddaughter as well – how can we not photograph and ‘scrap’ them! I am now an avid ‘cardscrapper’ and love using stamps and mixed media in both cardmaking and scrapping.
