Shares for a good cause and a bit of enabling…

(Sorry, it seems something is wrong with leaving posts… a few people say that get an error message.  Not sure if everyone is.  Weird…)

Hi!

At the retreat, enjoying good company, fab food, wine, laughs and movies.  Ahhh…

And since I am becoming know as the Enabler – hee – I must share some things using the wonderful Cuttlebug. The embossing folders with the Cuttlebug are incredible. This is well worth the $.  These are some I made this afternoon.

Also, I used one of my favorite tricks when I created these cards – something that helps to make several cards quickly.  I take a 4.25"x5.5" piece of white cardstock and cover it with strips of my favorite patterned papers.  Once they are glued in place, I cut several strips from it. Then you can use each strip on a different card.  So, if you look closely, all of these cards have a piece cut from the same larger piece.  Fast and easy and looks complex.

The first will be going to a gal I don’t even know named Lois.  Wilna arranged for folks to send lots of cards to a friend who was ill.  Cards and prayers can go a long way!  I am late to the game to play, but I wanted to anyway.  There is more information HERE, and a gallery of all the incredible cards is HERE

On this one, you can see how good the embossing looks on Hero Arts Kraft notecards. It is so pretty…
