SPECIAL STAMP SETS

My video features two very special new stamp sets.

First….

Check out the new Hero Arts United As One Stamp Set (HA | SSS)…

My friends Dana Joy and Pocono Pam partnered with Hero Arts to create this set… and it is just the first of many! Here is more info…

Dana Joy, Pocono Pam and Hero Arts are excited to partner in a conscious effort to be intentionally diverse and inclusive. Crafters and cardmakers of color need to feel support, appreciation, and respect when expressing their values, experiences and skin tone in their work. We are celebrating this spirit through unity, and this collaboration is a pathway for everyone to see themselves in their art. We hope the United As One stamp set will encourage makers to become interested and committed to listening and learning from and about each other, and recognize we are all one, united creative community.
100% of net profits from this 6″ x 8″ stamp set will go to Racial Justice charities.
Isn’t that wonderful? So excited!

There are several artists featuring this stamp set today. Check them all out!

My video also features a new stamp set from The Stamping Village… The Stamping Village We Stand With You Stamp Set (HA | SSS). The profits from this stamps set go to the NAACP Legal Defense & Education Fund!

In addition, I have decided that today’s affiliate earnings from these two stamp sets will be donated to the Bloom Academy.

Thanks for visiting!

  1. Thank you for caring for others!! (PS: Any ideas for ink colours for people that are a lot lighter than you, aka redheads? Would GK Barely There once be an option?)

  2. Oh Jennifer…how this makes my heart smile!! I am head over heels about these cards and those sets!! I adore collaboration sets from The Stamping Village and the United as One set from HA…absolutely awesome! What a WOW technique…will definitely look thru my stash to see what will work…YOU are BLESSING!

  3. Oh my gosh, what a beautiful set of cards! Thank you for sharing your offset inking techniques with all of us via the awesome video! Yes, these are very special stamp sets and you really showed them off beautifully!

  4. What a wonderful set of cards from a great collaboration! These are all stunning Jennifer! Thank you so much!
I had the pleasure of meeting Pam in 2015 at a Mama Elephant anniversary party in NYC. I remember that I was a little nervous because I was going by myself and Pam was there and she was so welcoming! She really made a lasting impression on me!

  5. Jennifer, thank you for your role, which you never mentioned, modest as always, in getting this stamp set to us, in making it a reality. Thank you so much! There are no words.

  6. I really like the stamp set by Hero Arts. SO glad stamp companies are becoming aware of — and becoming — more diverse. With recent events I made some Christmas cards where I attempted to color people of color (the cards will be donated and distributed to people I don’t know).. So, I deeply appreciate the conversation that is going on in the crafting community and the awarenesses that are taking place inside of me. I’m wondering if any of the stamp companies (say … Hero Arts?!!) might come out with a collection of inks that can be used for creating different skin tones. As someone who doesn’t participate in social media, I, unfortunately, missed most of the event that took place this weekend. As someone in the minority in that sense (not participating in social media), I hope there will be other events that take that into account. Thank you, Jennifer.

  7. The cards are beautiful! I’d like to get the stamp for the background where you turned the stamp completely around, but it’s not listed in the supplies. And when I went back to the video, you didn’t state which one it was. Could you please share that with us? Thanks!

  8. Jennifer I want to thank you for your role in getting the United as One stamp set out. You are truly a gem! I am glad to see that the Stamping Village (with all its participant companies) and Hero Arts have taken a step in the right direction in making the stamping community more inclusive and diverse! Hope to see a lot more stamps like this!

  9. Hello Jennifer, Linda from UK … Thank you for these. I really like this technique. I have just tried it… Some more successful than others… But I’ll use them all… Hope you are staying well. God Bless.

  10. Love all your cards and everyone’s in this hop. Happy for HA, Dana, and Pam to see this project come to fruition, and for the impact it will have on the crafting world. Thank you to all.

  11. HI Jennifer,
GREAT and AWESOME cards you made for the HA Offset Inking/Special Collaboration blogpost,
However, I noticed there was no listing for what the stencil/die/stamp was that you used for the background on the “Are You OK’ card. I looked in the Hero Arts stencils and didn’t see it there, then checked Altenew, but not there either that I could see (was looking at standlone stencils. If you have the info on this item., could you please post it? I’m sure others are curious also.
    Thanks so much!
    BB

  12. Dear Jennifer
    What a beautiful collaboration
Thanks a ton as always for explaining everything in detail. I learnt a lot and have two questions for you. Cant I do this technique without white pigment ink. Sri Lanka does not have it and i cannot order as no mail is going forth. The other question is how can i adopt it for embossing folders. Blessings to you and your family. with gratitude

    1. I believe I can answer your 1st question, this should work with a very light color ink as a substitute for the white one and then a medium or dark one to off set.

  13. Looks like you were having a lot of fun with that stamp set. Love all the teal and blue. The peacock feathers background one with ambre effect is my favorite. I noticed you added the lite heart as well where the other designers did not. It is such a nice touch, and just adds that extra appeal in such a small way.

  14. Jennifer, gorgeous cards! I love every detail of your cards, so happy to see this collaboration with Hero Arts to bring awareness that people of color are talented also. Thank you for all your inspiration and sharing your talent with the world.

  15. Oh Jennifer, you are amazing once again. This is my all time favorite technique. I am so excited to create with it. Thank you.

  16. I love this beautiful technique, and I love these stamps. We all need to be living these sentiments today, and we need more people like you!

  17. Jennifer, your cards are beyond gorgeous (as always) and I am so excited about this most wonderful Hero Arts Stamp Set co-created with lovely Pam and Dana. “When you win, I win; When you … I hurt” that deeply, deeply resonates with me. It is so true, we all will not be at peace until we overcome discrimination and bigotry of any kind, until we all realize that this is our fight as much as it is the next person’s, until we examine our own biases, learn from our mistakes and wow to do better. Until we all realize how important it is to support one another and this is especially true for the most vulnerable members of our community. PoC, minorities, the disenfranchized are all vulnerable and they need our support. I LOVE the “Pass the brush” initiative on Instagram and that you once again (as you always do) were a part of this, lending your voice, your support, your kindness to this most worthy and necessary cause. I am so very proud of you. You truly represent the very best of human kind and are so deserving. I am humbled and honoured just to be able to learn from you via your posts. I hope that we will all see change for the better in our lifetime and that our fellow humans who are experiencing discrimination, racism and violence on a regular basis will no longer have to fear for their life, their safety, their dignity. I wish for every human to experience love, respect, kindness and peace exclusively. Until we all do, we all hurt.
    THANK YOU so much Jennifer.

  18. Bravo, Jennifer! You presented another great technique and I truly appreciate your efforts with integrating women from all backgrounds into this wonderful art community. I truly believe there is growth and strength in diversity especially when it comes to art! Besides, art is such a wonderful platform to encourage bonding between individuals and for friendships to form. Encore!

  19. Jennifer
Words can never be expressed to you about your caring spirit for others. I know you and I are truly sisters. We may not look alike but we share the same values and love for all God’s creation . I know God is so pleased with your effects as well as others.
My heart is so full of joy and happiness. Continue to do what you do best, that’s showing God’s Love in your heart.

    I can’t thank you enough.
    Your play Sister

  20. Thank you for using your voice to support these companies and ALL crafters. Sandy Allnock is another artist who has long supported diversity in art and has done amazing charitable work in Puerto Rico. I look forward to seeing more from the Pass the Brush project. Diverse ideas inspire all of us, esp those of us with Eurocentric backgrounds.

  21. Love the way this technique turns out. I don’t see the background stamp listed for the ‘are you ok’ card. Can you please share, I would like to get this stamp.

  22. I am very thankful for the effort put on by you, to help us, Thank you so much for the post it is very helpful, keep posting such type of Article

  23. This is an incredible project and inspiring! I love learning from you and am hungry for more lessons. It seems the On-Line Classroom isn’t working right now. Hopefully you already know and it’s being fixed. Thank you for all your inspiring projects. Also thank you for taking on the importance of diversity!
