  1. To celebrate World Card Making Day, I first helped at the Church Work Day 🙂 Then, I made a congratulatory card for a sewing client’s wedding, a reveal-wheel birthday (inspired by Sandy Allnock) for my son, and finished by water-pressing the last of my black petunia petals for future cards. All in all a great day!

  2. Hi Jennifer! I got together with a few other ladies to make cards to send out to people. We had morning tea with lavender cupcakes. I really enjoyed celebrating my first World Card Making Day! Thank you so much for all your videos:, they always brighten my day!

  3. I celebrated on wednesfsy cos that’s when I have help (due to disabilities) I cannot do it by myself) and I’ve been making thank you cards for my friends wedding

I would love one of your cards

Thank you for all your card making videos and information that you provide since becoming bedridden 7 years ago I have taken up paper crafting because it’s easier than other things (though I still do them occasionally like sewing clothes and such)

    Thanks for everything you do

  4. Hi Jen! I took a Copic College class this weekend three hours away at The Paper Forest in Washington, IL. In the evenings I made cards in my hotel room, and today when I got home I packaged up 55 cards and white envelopes into clear envelopes to protect them.

  5. Thanks for the many ways you have inspired me to make cards for the people I love! I am grateful for your generosity!

  6. I am celebrating by looking at and buying products from all the great deals you posted. I enjoy your videos and finally I get the chance to stay home and watch them. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to leave my job. Now I have time to watch, enjoy and create.
    Thank you

  7. Hi sweet Jennifer!
I just love how big your heart is! 🙂
I was out of town during World Cardmaking Day, but
was able to purchase a couple of stamp sets because of your wonderful list of sales that
was available on that day! Thank you so much!! 🙂

  8. Hi Jennifer,
I couldn’t celebrate the day because I’m a newbie and I didn’t know it until I read your blog. But anyway I will celebrate it making new cards this coming week following inspiration on your wonderful videos.
Thanks a lot for all your work!

  9. I wanted to make cards, but I was out shopping for a friend’s ten year old daughter who is just starting in cardmaking. Her birthday party was Saturday, October 5. I love watching your videos and plan on showing this new card maker some of your wonderful ideas. In the meantime, I will continue to make more cards to share with family and friends. Thanks for all of your wonderful videos. 🙂

  10. Unfortunately, world cardmaking day fell during the Evolving Faith conference. I was able to do a bit of shopping but will have to put my supplies to use another day.

  11. Making a Lawn Fawn flippin awesome winter card. Shopping all the amazing sales from the different stamp companies I love!

  12. Love making cards from inspiration of your wonderful videos. Really appreciate all the effort (not to mention exceptional talent) that you have. Most days I try to do a little of creating backgrounds, watching your videos, and adding to my wish list of new products I ‘need’ for my collection. Thank you Jennifer and keep those videos coming (and in case you were wondering…. ‘No!’ I have not found any that were too long. Is that really a thing?)

  13. I am celebrating World Card Making day by organizing my craft room! It has been a disaster and I am looking forward to being able to find the things I need to make my cards! Thanks for the chance!

  14. Hi Jennifer!! Happy World Card Making Day!! I spent the day at Willard Scrapbook Palooza in Missouri. I didn’t get much done!! But I did shop! HaHa! 😂 I’m very good at shopping. We laughed and visited, which is always fun. I enjoy being with like minded people/crafters. Thank you for all you do, share, inspire, donate, etc. you are Amazing!!! (((crafty Hugs)))

  15. I am working on my family Christmas presents and it’s a little crazy. I am making everyone a card organization box and will include a few homemade cards as well. Finding the right size box and dividers was a harder job then I expected but I figured it out and started pulling them together this weekend. Hopefully they will be well received lol.

  16. Thank you so much for the list of WCMD sales and events and for your generous giveaway! You always inspire me with your wonderful tutorials and blog posts. I have been pulling out my stamps and ink this weekend, and making cards for Fall, birthdays and Christmas. Card-making is my favorite way to relax so WCMD is a thumbs up to me!

  17. I forgot Saturday was WCMD so I spent today shopping for stamping supplies after seeing your sales list above. Thanks for thinking of all us stamping junkies.

  18. Happy WCMD to everyone, and thank you for inspiring me everyday Jennifer! I was kept busy most of the weekend with family things, but managed to sneak in a little card making time today. My two little girls joined in the fun and we crafted together, which always makes me happy

  19. I started celebrating early by sharing some social media posts (with my crafty card-maker sister) of folks who are requesting handmade cards for veterans, people struggling with hard times and children battling illnesses. So many precious souls to encourage…♥️

  20. I’m celebrating today by spending time with my family. I am battling cancer and it’s been a rough week for my family. So I am going to spend as much time as I can with my loved ones. And we looked at a few cards that I made 😉

  21. I will be celebrating world card day by baking a cake for my husband and taking him out for dinner as it’s also his birthday 😂

  22. Happy World Card Making Day! Cards to older friends I’ve lost touch with – reconnecting! Thanks, Jennifer, for all your wonderful card ideas and tutorials – love them! – Jennifer

  23. Already started my Christmas cards using Pink Fresh stamps ! Also just ordered stamps from a new favorite company- Colorado Craft Company – really awesome stamps. Would love to receive a card from you too. Love your videos!!

  24. Happy WCMD 😊 I’m dreaming up some new ideas and designs and (ugh) cleaning my craft room that’s been neglected for far to long. 😂

  25. Hi Jennifer…I was able to finish a card and then started working on another the morning of WCMD. We had family coming to meet us at Fort De Soto beach that afternoon…so that’s where I spent the rest of my day. Seeing the sunset is a must when on this side of Florida at the beach.
I am now checking out the sales before starting work. Thank you for posting the sales…it makes for a much quicker shopping experience. 🙂

  26. Like so many others, I appreciate so much that you post these sales for us. I was out of town for WCD, but I am catching the tail end of the sales this morning. Thank you again for all that you do to inspire all of us to spread kindness.

  27. Wow, lots of people commented! I didn’t think I was going to be able to be crafty at all on World Card Making Day, but I actually got to make some cards before I celebrated the marriage of a very dear friend.
All in all, a wonderful day!

  28. I spent the day making cards for a very good friend suffering from a rare terminal illness. I send him cards as often as I can, hoping it will brighten his day. I find it difficult to find masculine stamps, would you consider having a series of videos making masculine cards? I would love to see your creative inspiration!

  29. I spent my day working on birthday and Christmas cards. I also checked out a good many of the sales you posted. What a nice day to sit back and enjoy making cards!

  30. I hosted World Card Making day at my church. There were 7 of us. We had two different card ‘classes’ taught by a couple of the ladies who came. We had a carry-in lunch. We got some cards made and we all had a really good time. Looking forward to next year.

  31. So many amazing sales this weekend! I didn’t get to craft because I spent the weekend in the cold and rain, cheering for two of my favorite soccer players….my youngest two sons! We had a soccer tournament all weekend in Wisconsin.

Sending many prayers to your MIL and your family!

  32. I caught up on cards…thank you’s, birthday, anniversary, get well and sympathy. There is that much going on in the close world around me. At my age too many are ill and going to meet Jesus! May they rest in peace!

  33. Wow, some amazing deals going on!! Wish I would have waited for some of my recent purchases!!
My mom (91 years young!) and I have been doing cards with my sister for years. We are still going strong. It is a great way to bond with family!
Mom and I were at it last night for a few hours!

  34. Some great deals here, TFS them.
Due to recently losing my beloved MIL, our friends took my husband and I for a much needed 3 day weekend away so I didn’t make anything this year. However, I was able to find a few crafty ‘gems’ to purchase while I was away. Hoping to soon get my heart back into it but its just too soon. Thanks for the chance to win such a generous giveaway though Jennifer. (((HUGS)))

  35. My daughter and I are celebrating by playing with some fun techniques and making backgrounds to use on our cards. I love her creativity and that she likes to spend time with me in my craft room!

  36. I was celebrating by joining a Global Chin Church Conference for Women in Perth Western Australia. Hundreds of women, many of whom are refugees from Chin state in Myanmar (Burma), gathered from around the world to celebrate Jesus. It was a celebration indeed! And so encouraging to see Austalian women stand alongside their sisters and celebrate being stronger together. So I deferred my card making day until Friday this week when I intend to exhale and create!

  37. I celebrated by finishing a pile of almost dones — funny how cards you finish the creative layout on but don;t get to attaching can sit longer than it takes to have a good idea! Must. Do. In. One. Sitting!

  38. Thanks for the giveaway Jennifer! I’ve been celebrating world card-making day by putting together Christmas card projects to do with my family next time I see them! I just can’t wait to start making all of my Christmas gift boxes, tags, and cards. Happy card making week to all of my fellow crafters!

  39. Like many others, I LOVE your approach to card making…So inspiring at so many different levels. And so inclusive, even my 10 year old grand daughter asks what your videos are teaching when she visits. Thank you for the sales…I have personally assisted in today’s economy with my purchases…and when they arrive, I will be making cards for my quilt guild to share with members for birthdays, illnesses and losses…So enjoy your approach and generosity…

  40. This is so generous of you! Thank you so much for the chance to win! I wish I could say I spent the day in my craft room creating away, but unfortunately I was under the weather. Hopefully I’ll have time to play after work this week.

  41. I will be celebrating by splurging on a few of these sales to make my christmas cards this year. Thanks so much for all you do for us!!!
