Crafty Sales + Personal Update

Hello, friends! I was feeling a bit frazzled, so my sweet husband whisked me away to California for a quiet weekend. I needed it! So I had to delay a few projects, but will share them when I get home. Thanks for your patience! In the meantime, I have info on some sales and new releases.

Be sure to visit the websites for any fine print, restrictions, etc. Please let me know if you see any errors in the sale info! I will update this post as I learn of more deals. Affiliate links may be used at no cost to you. Thank you for your support – it helps me to keep those videos coming!

ELLEN HUTSON SALE – Ellen Hutson has 20% off stamps through 9/17/18! What a great deal. Use the code “WELOVESTAMPS18” when shopping HERE.

I recommend checking out the newest Essentials by Ellen release – it has many great stamps. Find them HERE. Also check out the new Concord and & 9th stamps HERE.

NEW SIMON SAYS STAMP KIT – I am really impressed with the new Simon Says Stamp Card Kit. It has unique products in it… and I recommend taking a close look at it! Alcohol Inks… foiling… and a large, gorgeous stamp set. I will use it next week. Find it HERE.

NEW RELEASES – There are several new releases/products that I recommend. I just placed my order for these…

I liked the sentiments in THIS Newton’s Nook set

And how cute is THIS Picket Fence set?! I have a video coming up with their great products…

And… my video with the new Mama Elephant release will go up next week! Find them HERE…

Happy shopping and stamping!

  1. Jennifer, hope you feel rejuvenated by your weekend. I’m in Maine doing the same! Just wanted to let you know, your wonderful videos, which I watch from beginning to end, are breaking my budget. Every time you use a stamp or die I’ve passed over, I suddenly need it! Your links are killing me! I mean, do I ever just order the ONE thing that you made me crave?! Of course not. But you are so thoughtful in your selections of products, I know I can trust the quality. I am loving Gina K Connect glue, for which I’m sure you have singlehandedly driven all sales. So thanks (I think!) for all the great ideas.

  2. Enjoy your time here in California. I hope you visit Carmel-by-the-sea. I think you’d love it there. Hopefully, Pebble beach and the peacefulness of the area will help. And like the previous lady’s comment above, my budget is shot. lol! That being said, I’d like to say thank you for sharing your gift and talent. After finding your channel (I’m sure not coincidentally), I’ve rediscovered card making and learning to have fun with it. God bless you and your lovely family!

  3. Dear Jennifer enjoy your quiet weekend, you deserve it! You are always thinking of other people and making gorgoeus things for us. Occasionally it’s time to think about yourself.
Thanks for the updates and hope that your energy is replenished.

  4. ENJOY your weekend with your hubby…drink in the sweetness of being away together!!!
I don’t know how you accomplish so much everyday…please know how very much we appreciate your instruction and inspiration! BUT, you MUST first take care of yourself!!!!! That way, we all have you around for a LONGGGGGGGGG time to love and enjoy!

  5. Jennifer,

That was so sweet of your husband. Relax and enjoy. Which I hope I listen to those words for me (the relax and enjoy part – don’t have a husband!)

Love your videos and have spent way too much money on things that I love but would never had known about them without your videos.

I love that you bring back stuff that I have and either have not used for a long time or forgot how to use it.

Thanks for all of your ideas and advice.

Thanks also for the video about suicide prevention. And yes crafts are my life savers and your videos have been a blessing.

May God bless you and your family always.

  6. We all need some R&R occasionally. I love your posts and videos. Keep ’em coming and be sure to take personal breaks. No worries. Thanks for all the fun.

  7. So glad that your sweet hubby recognized that you needed to “take care” of Jennifer! Enjoy your time being together and don’t worry about anything but relaxing and rejuvenating our sweet “giver”! I so can identify with what Deb said…You are such an enabler and every time I watch a video that you have done, I WANT that product or stamp set or whatever and I never just order one thing…LOL I guess I need to plant a penny in the backyard and, hopefully, it will grow into another money tree…the other one is losing all it’s “leaves”! 😉

  8. Everyone needs a re-charge. Glad you both were able to enjoy a weekend away. Your videos are excellent and inspirational, so I’m willing to wait for whenever you have the time, energy and inclination to tape!! Thanks for all that you share.

  9. Enjoy! Curious to know what part of CA you visit and how close you got to us. Carmel-by-the-Sea was a good suggestion and very very nearby. Sigh. I would love to give/get a hug, realizing CA is a huge state.

  10. I hope this time away does wonders for you and you feel less frazzled and feel totally rejuvenated. What a wonderful thing for your husband to do for you, sounds like he knows what you need and when you need it. 2 thumbs up for that guy! Thanks for the update, looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us, when ever you get to it.

  11. Hi Jennifer – So glad you are getting away for some peace and relaxation. I want you to know how much you have blessed me with peace! As a full time working mom and grandma caregiver to my wonderful hubby (he is on dialysis and waiting for a kidney) my life can be very busy and a bit crazy. Almost every night I watch one of your videos, they relax me and give me peace…yes peace. I am able to watch your videos and allow myself to just relax and not think of the day just spent or the days ahead. Many nights I have turned to your videos to watch a few before falling asleep. You are so talented and I just love seeing your work. I am a card maker…in the making. 🙂
Jennifer McGuire I am so very thankful for you!

  12. I totally understand the need/want to get away. I have a weekend away with hubby coming up soon. I can’t wait. Relax and enjoy your time away. You give so much to others, that sometime someone needs to give to you.

  13. Hope you went to see the ocean; I always find it so refreshing and rejuvenating! Can’t wait for your new videos, I love them all (and the products you share)!

  14. Enjoy CA. I live here (Monterey Peninsula, ref to above by Carmel/Pebble Beach). Our cool coastal nites, sunny days, the county’s Salinas Valley wine trail, & a trip down HWY 1 with its Pacific Ocean views that go forever will surely clear your mind & refresh & recharge you.
Thank you for all you do for us & for all you give. I hope your CA trip gives back as much & more to you & hubby. Until we see you again, safe travels, best wishes, & blessings to you & your family.

  15. Hi Jennifer!
Hope you enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing weekend. Remember…don’t overdo anything because we have to take care of our peace of minds…and bodies. Enjoy California. If you ever get a chance to visit San Francisco, do so! We lived there for four years and loved it.

  16. Thank you Jennifer’s husband for taking care of her. You are blessed and hoping it was just what you needed. We need you to stay strong and healthy for our sake. You provide a generous amount of therapy when you blog and make videos for me (so I’d like to think lol). You have the best voice that is so calming and keeps me interest, it is not a monologue. Thank you for what you do- it’s so much more than making beautiful and amazing cards.!

  17. What a wonderful husband you have Jennifer. Enjoy your time away. I love your videos and the wealth of information but not at the expense of your health. Take care of yourself.
