The new Gina K Designs Wreath Builder Bundle (GK | SSS) is simply brilliant. The stencils can be used with a stamping tool (I used the MISTI Stamping Tool) to build stamped wreathes! Be sure to watch the video to see how it works – it is amazing.
For my first example, I used images from the Gina K Designs Wreath Builder Bundle (GK | SSS) along with Gina K Designs Ink Cubes (GK | SSS). I stamped a “hello friend” sentiment from the Gina K Doodles Sayings Stamp Set in the center. (This set is free for a limited time at Gina K Designs with orders over $75. Head HERE for details.) I also added Lucy’s Cards Jewels… although it looks like I missed one! The final card is 4 1/4″ x 4 1/4″.
My second card features a wreath that I created much like on my first card. However, I cut it in half and added it to a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ notecard with a gap in between. I covered the gap with a large sentiment strip. I like how this makes it look like an oval. The sentiment is also from the Gina K Doodles Sayings Stamp Set.
You can also use the stencils from the Gina K Designs Wreath Builder Bundle (GK | SSS) with other images. Here, I used a stencil to form a circle of paw prints. So quick and easy! These images are from the Gina K Designs Frisky Felines Stamp Set.
Sentiments also work with the Gina K Designs Wreath Builder Bundle (GK | SSS) stencils. This “hello” is from the Gina K Designs Hearts & Flowers Kit… and I stamped it each time in a different color.
In my video, I also show how to form a wreath off-center on a larger cardstock piece. This was my favorite to make! I again used the Gina K Designs Wreath Builder Bundle (GK | SSS), along with a sentiment from the Gina K Designs You Get Me Stamp Set.
I really like adding small gems to the stamping. However, you could even use Stickles or Nuvo Drops.
The Gina K Designs Wreath Builder Bundle (GK | SSS) also works great with masking. For this card, I first put a heart mask in the center of my cardstock before doing the stamping. When my wreath was complete, I removed the mask and added a Gina K Doodles Sayings Stamp Set to the center.
I also used masking on my next card. Before stamping each flower, I masked the previous flower. Didn’t take long at all! I used the lovely Gina K Designs Stippled Flowers Stamp Set (GK | SSS) and Gina K Designs You Get Me Stamp Set.
You can also use the wreath builder to stamp corners… forming a frame. I again used the Gina K Designs Stippled Flowers Stamp Set (GK | SSS) and Gina K Designs Wreath Builder Bundle (GK | SSS).
