The November Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Kit is such fun! It includes a bunch of dies (13 of them!), stamps, and other goodies that can be used to make paper gift holders, ornaments, advent calendars and much more. I figured that many other artists will be creating amazing projects using these products together. So I decided to create something different and playful… showing how to use what you have at home creatively.

Using the folding die in from the kit, I made paper gift-holding ornaments… and turned them into Santa and a reindeer. The possibilities for using these products are endless! Mine are quick, inexpensive and FUN to make. I added felt, google eyes, Stickles, and antlers made from the a wreath die (similar to THIS one.)

You can get so creative with this kit. Would love to hear your ideas!

  1. This is the first year since my childhood that I made holiday crafts. I’m a complete newbie at it. I started making cards very recently after watching your YouTube channel. I always include my family photo with my Christmas cards but this year I made a photo snowflake ornament instead.

  2. Yes, I do make handmade crafts each year. A little gift of self is usually well received. Thanks for the opportunity to win.

  3. Just starting this card process and I am so hooked. My first you tube video I saw was yours Jennifer and I can hardly wait to get started. Your talents are amazing and so inspiring. So glad to see the work you doing today to collect cards for care center residents. We hado to have mom move to one in Loveland Montgomery area and that is why I wanted to start making cards. Then I saw your work to collect cards and knew I was led to your videos. Thanks for your dedication to help others in so many ways.

  4. You are the absolute best with videos! Thank you for explaining in detail how to do the things you do. I am always looking for fresh ideas and I can depend on you for coming up with them.
