Be Back Soon!

Hi!

After the month-long Share Handmade Kindness Challenge… and the My Favorite Crafty Things series, I need a little break. I am spending this week making my family’s Christmas cards, teacher gifts, and handmade goodies for friends. I will be back soon to share some regular cardmaking videos.

In the meantime, I am doing a giveaway on Facebook… and sharing lots there and on Instagram. I even have info on a fun discount code HERE.

I hope you are enjoying this holiday season. I love the hustle and bustle.

See you soon.

  1. Happy holidays right back at you. Thanks for all the inspiration this year. And sorry Todd Frazier was traded. At least he went to an AL team.

  2. You have been giving us a lot this month, thank you, so taking some time for yourself and your family is understandable. Merry Christmas and enjoy your family,

  3. I hear you about Christmas cards. Would you believe that I have more to send? I have some that I made to sell but I didn’t do any crafts fairs this year so I am going to use those too. Hey, if I make cards then I have to make them for everybody, right? I also have to bake cookies and finish the tree & the house and Christmas is next week. Never mind wrapping the gifts. That isn’t done yet either. I’m even waiting for a few gifts to come in the mail. The holidays are coming to soon for me but I say that every year.
Can we still send cards to those sick children? I want to do it but it will have to be after the holidays. I hope they are doing well.
We will miss you but I know your life comes first. Merry Christmas, Twinkle All The Way, Happy New Year and we will see you after the holidays. Let’s hope we make it through! LOL

  4. Merry Christmas Jennifer, I hope it is the best yet. I am glad you are taking time out to enjoy your family and the holidays. Every one needs to set aside some time for themselves.
    All the best in 2016

  5. So glad you are taking a break….you soooooooooo deserve it. Perhaps you’ll share a bit of your holiday doings on IG, but if not, I hope you have a lovely time with your family and get to enjoy some holiday events. A little caroling, a little eggnog…perhaps a gingerbread man or two. Ok, forget the eggnog…bring on a beer! And have fun!!

  6. I’m glad to hear you’re taking a much needed break. It sounds like you will be keeping plenty busy though. 😉 Thanks for always working so hard to keep us inspired. I hope you & your family have a very Merry Christmas!

  7. You deserve a break, enjoy it. I only found you this year but you have already become part of my daily routine. I love having a new post to read. Love your new website so I can happily check old posts and videos while you have fun in the ‘real’ world. Have a great Christmas.

  11. Jennifer, Thanks for sharing your favorite things. With soooo much stuff out there it is nice to get feed back on the quality of a product and I like how you tell why you like a product. Just looked at Simon Says and lots of lovelies to choose from but I think I like that bramble heart the best.

Hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas.
    God Bless
    Chris

  16. Wishing you and your family a blessed and healthy year in 2016. Thank you for sharing kindness and creativity; you make us all better people.

  17. Enjoy your time off, it’s always good to take time for family and recharging!

I just wanted to say the next time you order from Gina K (if you do) you should try her black embossing powder. I can’t remember why you said you recommend clear only, not black, but I took a chance and grabbed her black, because I’ve seen her use it in video’s and finally used it yesterday, and it worked great! I’ve never used any other black since clear with black inks works great too, but I am loving her black, so will probably start using that instead of clear when I want black. :-)) Love her embossing powders, even though they don’t come in as many colors as others do, they come in the basics and I’m beginning to like them best over the others I’ve tried. (I’m no expert, so can’t say if they are better…but would love to hear what you think, if you try them…especially the black, since you don’t usually use black embossing powder.)
