New Class! Stretch Your Dies + GIVEAWAY

Just wanted to give you a heads up that our newest class over at Online Card Classes starts next week! This class is called Stretch Your Dies and I am excited about the ideas that all the artists are sharing. I love dies as much as I love stamps, so this class has my heart.

Here is a bit more info. And remember – you will have lifetime access to the class, so there is no pressure!

You’ve used and loved your die-cutting machine for years—and now it’s time to step up your die-cutting game! In Stretch Your Dies, you’ll learn new tricks, techniques, and ideas for putting your favorite dies to work to create truly unique cards.

Join instructors Kristina Werner and Jennifer McGuire, plus special guest artists, for this all-new card-making class. Based on the same concept in our popular Stretch Your Stamps series, we’re putting the spotlight on our favorite styles of dies and die-cutting techniques. From playing with word dies to discovering ways to use mini dies, we’ll take you step-by-step through over 20 “to-die-for” techniques and help you get more out of your die-cutting investment!

Class begins March 16, 2015, and registration is open now!!

Online Card Classes’ Stretch Your Dies includes 20+ videos and cards (every card has a video), PDFs with instructions, a forum, giveaways and gallery.

For more information, click HERE.

And I get to give away THREE spots in class! For your chance, leave a comment here letting me know if you love die cutting too. Do so by 11:59pmEST on 3/13/15 for your chance. (Names of winners will be picked randomly and posted on my “Winners page” after the giveaway closes.)

Good luck and I hope to see you in class!

  1. Love, love, love my dies. I have a slight addiction to collecting them. Unfortunately I don’t use them as often as I could. I especially love the intricate butterfly ones.

  2. I sssoooo need help with new uses of my dies -I LOVE THEM ALL – thinlits, big thick steel dies etc…
I used to use them a ton in the traditional way but would so appreciate a chance to attend the class, Thx Jennifer!

  4. Would so love winning this class as being on a carers pension I can’t afford to buy all the things that I would love to have much less classes!! Thanks for the chance of winning!!

  5. I love die cutting too… time when I was unaware of such machines and dies I used to write and cut them, stack them in each other… I loved that raised effect… then came across these machines and dies which made me happy because they saved lot of time and energy… and the result they give is marvoulous….:)

  6. STARTS TOMORROW!! So eager to learn how to stretch my dies, and also which dies I “must” have in order to stretch my card making. So looking forward to Monday (now that’s a twist!)

  7. Hi Jennifer,

I’ve recently been getting into cards and love watching both Your’s and Kristina’s u tube videos. I used to scrapbook quite a bit and found that die cutting really added a lot to my pages. I finally finished scrapbook my daughter’s dance photos and fell out of it. however going through them I noticed my love of fonts. I find I also enjoy using the big shot for quick die cuts as well and matching stamp sets. Thanks for the videos!

  8. I would so love to win a spot in this class. I know it will be excellent as have all the other online card classes I have taken. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

  9. I really love die cutting. I just found this website, and it sounds pretty cool! I would love to win a spot in this class. Thanks so much !!!

  10. My die cuts have taken over my craft room! I need to find a better way to store them all. But I love every one of them and refuse to get rid of any! I just got a Vagabond, and I can’t stop! I am cutting away. Please let me win so I can get more.

  11. I really, really would love to win this class. I find I am not so creative with my dies. This class would give me the boost I need to get using them.

  12. Would like to join class just to see what new ways you invent to use dies. Both you and Kristina are so very creative.

  13. Yes my dies are my favorite things for a quick card with a background die. But the layering dies from Altenew, Birch Press and others are glorious. They let you make stunning cards and they are like paper sculptures. I feel guilty about not using my stamps but then I
stamp my sentiments and I feel like the universe is balanced.
