  1. I love to send snail mail as much as I love receiving it , so I mail my finished cards hoping it will brighten someone’s day. After Christmas I will be spending time prepping birthday cards for 2015. Thanks for introducing Joscie’s stamps, so cute!!!

  2. I really enjoyed the video, I had no idea how many types of things there were to put special touches on the cards. I usually mail the cards via snail mail to people who are special to me.

  3. I love putting my own special stamp on the back of my cards too. Just in case someone would forget where their beautiful card came from. he he!

  4. IT’S ME again, Jennifer. I didn’t see the question when I commented before. I usually have someone in mind when I make a card–birthdays, get well or sympathy or Christmas cards. I have made them for OWH, Cards for Kids and Caring cards. I try to keep a sample of my Christmas card each year so I don’t repeat myself accidently. It’s hard to understand hoarding them when you can share. Thanks again for the series.

  5. I make mine to be used, but I like to have a stash made so that they are ready for last minute cards needs. I also plan on donating cards to my church as they send cards to people at the church for birthday, or other like things.

  6. I mail or hand-deliver my cards. I’m not good about making a bunch ahead, so I basically make them when I need to give them away! 🙂

  7. I love tot send Theo to family andere special friends al over the world.

Somethimes friends ask tot make on for a special vriend.

  8. Thanks for the great ideas to finish off our cards and how to protect them in the mail. I love my Wink of Stella, too! It’s always out ready for me to use!!!

  9. 90% of my cards are mailed to family and friends, with a few kept on hand for a special thank you or words of encouragement.

  10. Most of the time I make them for someone in mind so most are given right away. I’d like to be able to make them and sell them, which is an idea I’m bee toying with for bit now. Love the stamp set you showed, it looks like it would be a good companion to the one Kristina designed.

  11. I mail most all the cards I make–once in a while I’m just not to pleased with a card and I won’t mail it, but I can’t throw it away either. Oh, well! Thanks for the video again!

  12. I’m obsessed with sequince!! I think evebody is!! LOL great ideas and thanks for all you advice on your favorite products!!!

  13. I’m obsessed with sequince!! I think evebody is!! LOL great ideas and thanks for all you advice on your favorite products!!! Who has time to make cards I just but everything so when I do I can hoard them too!

  14. I have been making and mailing my Christmas cards for many years and I am getting much better about making special occasion cards for friends and family and actually mailing them!!

  15. I tend to hold onto my cards… or sometimes give them away as sets. I still take a picture of them if I really like them, so I can recreate them if I feel the need. 🙂

  16. Enjoyed the video! I mail cards and the foam and plastic are great tips. I was looking for a good white pen and your demo was very helpful. Thanks for a very informative video.

  17. Sadly, I hoard them. It is crazy to me that I make cards and do nothing with them! I am thinking about selling them in the future.

  18. Great tips for all of the finishing touches!
I wish I could have it all, but I need to be a bit
more frugal. At least I can pick and choose based
    on these great videos!

  19. Oh, I want the Wink of Stella clear pen, so bad! HaHa I purchased one White Signo Gel pen from SU and it worked for a very short period of time. The Jelly Roll pens were the same, only the dark colors worked significantly, the light ones worked for a short period of time. Wal-mart Gel pens have worked continuously for me. We use the cards I make, and some go quicker than others. I have a small 3 tier display where I present the prettiest cards and the over sized cards. The rest of the cards are sorted into Recollections “cube” drawers by category, Girlie, Masculine, Holiday, Birthday, Baby, etc. When my daughter needs a card, she can shop easily for one. Thank You for your great videos, Jennifer, I enjoy them so much!

  20. Most of the time I am making a card with a specific person or event that I need for the next day, haha! So, I will mail or hand deliver my cards. I just often wonder if the recipient knows and appreciates the blood, sweat and tears that went into it LOL!

  21. Mostly I hoard them! But I do make and send out special birthday and holiday cards for some select people!

  22. Love all your tips! Especially mailing ones!
I usually keep my cards as have not a lot of people to give them. Sometimes I participate in a card drives or send them to OWH.

  23. Love these “favorite things” videos, and have been keeping them in my mail until I can jot down the items I would like to own. Have found it difficult to comment on some sites, so also appreciate that you make it easy, and don’t ask for “URL” (which I don’t think I have) or “Google account” (which I think I have but don’t remember). Thanks for your excellent technique lessons!

  24. I send many of the cards I make and send several to OWH. There are a special few ones which I do hoard though. I am trying to get away from doing that! I’ve started taking pictures of them and then sending them on. Thanks for the videos. I have found many ideas to help me organize all my craft supplies.

  25. I mail some and give some to my family and friends for gifts. Thanks for the video I have learn a lot from them.

  26. I mail them or hand deliver tham to very special people who will appreaciate them. I got over the hoarding phase!

  27. All of the above! I love to make a card and then when I like it I make a dozen of them to keep on hand. I give them as gifts, sell some, use some and hoard some 🙂

  28. Hi Jennifer!
Wow who knew there are so many ways to create shimmer in a card? Thank you for sharing all your research in finding the perfect medium for every project and for every pocketbook! You make it all seem easy, doable and the results look great. Take Care and Merry Christmas!
