  1. I usually give my cards in person and occasionally I mail them. Starting this year I will be mailing more of them.

  2. I haven’t made a lot of cards yet but generally I mail or donate them to groups like OWH. Generally if I am making a card for a friend or family member, I will make several so I have one to give and the others to donate. I try to take pictures of the cards before they go out the door in case I want to recreate the card or make something with a similar layout in the future. Thanks for the mailing tips. I’m definitely going to get some of that foam to have on hand.

  3. Hello Jennifer, usually, I make cards for my friends, if they need them for somebody, but I also hoard them 🙂 I create a lot of 3D cards, so it is a little bit difficult to mail them.

  4. I usually sell them, but it sure has come in handy for when I need a last minute card for a birthday or two!

  5. I’ve yet to make my first card…I just got into it and have a 6 week old baby girl, so mytime is limited, and I tend to spend it watching your videos! Lol. But, I’m sure I’ll end up giving some, hoarding lots (like I do my other crafts! Lol), but my aspiration is to sell them and become a part of a design team and be as fantastic as you…making cards and sharing the knowledge and love of card- making with beginners (like me now!)

  6. I give my cards away (mail or hand deliver). I’m still not comfortable with my cards so my family members are the only ones that get them. Well I do send off sympathy cards.

  7. I do both mail and hoard. I always forget to take a picture when I mail them and have to ask the recipient to take one for me.

  8. I try to mass produce as much a I can with simple cards with more time consuming cards I only make one or two at a time and then I am very picky about how will receive it.

  9. I like do do all three but I don’t sell them very often. Thank you so much for the chance to win some awesome prizes!!!

  10. Oh, this was so helpful, I love the pearl you can color, I never have the right ones! The lil inker to put on the envelopes is an awesome idea! It’s always so fun to get a card where the envelope is pretty, well, i could go on and on, I LOVE your series! THANKS as always.

  11. I mail my cards (or giveaway/sell at work-people have gotten to know in my building that I have a stash of cards & can look thru my drawer if they are in need)

  12. I do all of it. I hoard them but I send them myself to family and friends so I don’t end up with boxes full of cards. There are a few people who buy my cards. Sometimes I have a card that I really really like and I keep it over a year. After a long time (most of the time a year or so) I send the card to the person I know she loves that card too.

  13. I mail some of my cards. A lot of them I make for our birthday club at work. Each person gets a hand made card for their special day. Great because I get to craft, and the cards don’t build up on my desk.

  14. I make lots of cards for many occasions. I mail them, at times using the bubble envelopes, but 99% of the time I go to the post office & have them hand stamped so they don’t go through the machine. Thanks Jennifer.

  15. I mostly sell my cards or give them away as gifts. I do take pictures of all my cards so I can always look back.

  16. I usually hoard them until I see the box I keep them in full and then I send some of them to family and friends, love to bring a smile to the people when they get them.

  17. I mail or giveaway my cards, as you always get better in making cards as time goes on. If hoarding them for to long you will think why did I save that I can do better now. Taking pictures of a special card will help in remaking a card that you really liked.

  18. I usually mail my cards, or give them in person, but I tend to keep the ones I’m not completely satisfied with.

  19. I hoard a lot of cards mostly because I make more than I can give out. I don’t mail very many cards, I usually give them in person.

  20. I hoard cards that I wish to replicate, the remainder I mail to friends and family. Most often I make two similar cards at a time so I have one to hoard and one to mail.

  21. I mail them or make them for friends to give to their friends. I scan my cards so I could duplicate them if I want to.

  22. I do all those things. I donate lots of them to OWH, I mail ’em to friends and I do sell some of them. But most go to OWH, they have for years. So I never use glitter and haven’t tried wink of stella or luna. Perfect Pearls does seem to stay where you put it, if you don’t get carried away, but still don’t use any of those sorts of things to much.

  23. I tend to hand deliver. I plan on sending more cards. But I do tend to hoard some as well…
Thank you for doing this series!

  24. I love sending cards for any occasion. People love receiving my handmade cards and many say they save them. I even have people asking to be added to my card giving list! I also try to protect my cards in the mail by using foam padding, bubble wrap and even old file folders cut to size. I really like the tip of using acetate sheets. Again, a great video – huge thanks.

  25. I hoard, sell and send so all bases are covered–ha, ha! Have thoroughly enjoyed your “My Favorite Things” video.

  26. I have learned to wait until the next day to decide if they need to go in the mail or the trash can. Things always look better the next day! If they manage to make the mail then I take a picture so I remember what I did.

  27. While it’s hard to give up the cards I make, I do mail them to the person for whom I’ve made them. I wish I had all the time in the world to make cards and hoard them!
