Even More FREE Ink Swatch Downloads

Hello! I am back again… with even more Ink Swatch Book free download shares. Today I am adding WPlus9, Amuse, Fresh, Colorbox Chalk and Memento. I also fixed the Hero Arts Shadow Inks Download 2 (it had a repeat) and the Papertrey Ink 1 (it had a misspelling). See below for my full list.

All you have to do is download the files (click DOWNLOAD for each) and print on your favorite white cardstock. (I printed mine on Neenah since that is what I use most.) Some inks have more than one page since there are so many colors. (The last link is an editable file so you can do other inks. You will need PS or PS Elements to edit it.) For info on how to use these, click here.

I will soon be adding Versafine, other Hero Arts, Close To My Heart and Ranger Archival Inks. If you have any other requests, please leave a comment. Also, let me know if you see any boo boos. Thanks!

See you soon with another video!

  1. Will you be doing the Adirondack inks? I am going to organize by color as you did, what a great suggestion. Thanks for all your work.

  2. Thanks so much for the additions. I received my SSS stamp set and the coin pages. I can’t wait to get started. I see someone else posted about the Adirondack inks. I’d love to have downloads for both the dye and pigment.

  3. Hi Jennifer,
I love this organizational tool…now I can just look at my color swatches to see what I have or what I need. Thank you! I’ve been using Stampin up inks for a long time. There are a few that you missed and if you’d like me to send you a list I would be happy too! (All have been discontinued but your list had discontinued inks on them also – I still have most of them. Thanks again for all the time you put into this – it really helps!!

  4. Hi Jennifer,

Your site/videos is absolutely AWESOME. Thank you for sharing with us like you do. I do have a question. I was looking over your site again and happened to see your video on the clear stamp storage which I think is awesome. Just today I was thinking about unmounting all my wooden stamps as I have totally run out of room in my stamp room. My room is small, so this is a must and I know it will be a huge project.
My question: Where do you purchase the refrigerator drawers? I don’t think I’ve ever seen them in the stores.

    Thank you so much!

  5. thank you for Editable Ink DOWNLOAD… I make my liquid pearl and stickles… It delights me because certain colors of Stickles are removed and I I still have it, but when bottles will be finished I could remove small cardboards…… I like your system. Thank you again for the sharing.

  6. Hi…tried to download the editable ink download and it gave me a lot of computer programming jargon no chart…..:-(

  7. I don’t have a lot of ink but I said what the hey I’m going to do it anyway! It was so easy and I love it! I am going to pass this tip to every crafter I know… Now I’m going to do paper too,
    ( I only used 3 sheets)

  8. Thanks so much for such a fantastic idea, Jennifer and for letting us have all these downloads. I mostly use Memento so was so pleased to see the charts for them. Someone may have already mentioned that the range was expanded from 24 to 36 colours … are you planning on adding them? Anita 🙂

  9. Thank you so much for these. I have been using them to get organized. I had a different system before, but I think this will work better for me too. I really love all your videos and all the advice on keeping organized!! I still find it hard to keep my craft desk clean, but these ideas certainly help when things have a place to go!!

  10. Thank you so much for sharing this with us and for taking the time to make more from different companies. I finally have an ink swatch system I’m content with thanks to you! If you have time, can you please make a one for Versamagic inks or where I can download the Code font?

  11. Hi Jennifer. Thanks so much for sharing with us all the hard work you did. Just FYI if you do another update (not a big deal because I can use the editable files to fix this)

Regarding Papertrey Ink:::Scarlet is misspelled still in Scarlet Jewel (you spelled it Scarlett) and you are missing Winter Wisteria and Soft Stone.
Regarding Memento DYE inks:::: You forgot all of the new colors that they came out with in 2012. (12 colors)

Again, thank you for all your work and I can for sure make these with the editable file. Just wanted you to know so you have the full list of colors for your own ink swatch files.

  12. Thank you very much for undertaking this huge project. I recently purchased a set of Prima – Ingvild Bolme – Chalk Fluid Edgers at a show and would love the download for these. If time does not permit I can do these on the edible download. Thanks again for your suggestions, videos, and inspiration.

  13. I love these swatches! I just spent some time doing my Hero Arts and Stampin Up ink swatches. I would love to see Adirondack inks, and Versa Chalk inks too. I may just make my own.
I absolutely love being able to see all my colors in one area, so I know what it looks like, and then can easily find the one I want. Thanks so much for doing this.

  14. Thank you so much for this idea!!
I’ve been trying to find a system that works for me, but this is by far THE BEST!

Would it be possible to share a page by page photo of your swatches?
I’m trying to find colors and brands that I like, and I don’t trust the computerized (not sure if thats the right word haha) colors..

    Thank you!

  15. These are wonderful. Thank you so much for making them available to us? Is there any chance of adding Close To My Heart ink colors?

  16. Thank You sooooo much for your extensive efforts in providing us w/ your Ink Swatch Organization!!! This waaaaay beyond generous! 🙂

  17. Thank you! I went to my office supply store to buy the coin collector 2×2 pockets, but they only sold them online. Not finding them at the office supply store was a mixed blessing, because I found some 2×2 pockets at Michael’s that I liked better because of the smaller size 8 3/4 x 7, with 12 pockets by Simple Stories http://www.simplestories.com. I like them better because I don’t have a lot of inks and I can take them with me to the store (if I can’t wait for my online order :)).

  18. Jennifer,

Thank you for sharing these templates and this storage idea! I have printed out and started these and they are working for me!!!! Genius. I have also used your storage ideas for stamps and dies and I must say, these tips have been such time savers. Thank you again for your generous heart and creative mind!

  19. Thank you so much for sharing all of the swatch templates. What a great idea…cannot wait to get started on mine. I do, however, have a question about the editable download. Any chance you could share it in a different format, I cannot seem to open it at all. Thanks again for sharing all of your creative ideas.

  20. Hi Jennifer,
Aileen here. Just wanted to let you know the editible (mmm not sure thats spelt right 🙂 file is not working. The link is missing I think.
    Just for tour information.
Now to say thankyou for these files, they really are brilliant. I was trying to workout what inks are available in Hero Art and this is a lot easier than trying to write lists out.
    Brilliant resource.
    Cheers Aileen

  21. Jennifer, Thank you so much for your hard work. I have quite a few of the Stazon Ink pads and was thinking about getting the Anna Griffin inks, in case you get bored and need something to do (haha). I downloaded the editable file but cannot open it. What is .psd file. I cannot open it. I have Windows 8.1 with Microsoft Office programs. Any suggestions?

  22. Love the printables, but having trouble with the editable version. Won’t open with PE13 but sometimes with version 11. Says there’s trouble with the printer (I have two and have tried both) Any ideas? Thanks so much for doing this – I love it!

  23. Hi Jennifer can I please have the Blank Template sent to me please! I was unable to open the one here. Thank you so much!! Love your site!

  24. Hi Jennifer, thanks for the great swatch sample squares. I just received my protective pages and I’m working hard on my book.
Jennifer, do you also have the ink sample squares for Stazon, Brilliance ink.

    my regards Lysiane

  25. Hi Jennifer,
I am not a technical expert and cannot work with Adobe Photoshop Elements and was wondering if would be possible for you to please update the download ink sample squares with the latest MFT, SSS and Distress colors?

I love your work and appreciate the efforts you put into helping us in providing the projects, suggestions and ideas!

    Thank you kindly,

  26. Thank you so much for these swatches – you are amazing with the time you spend helping the stamping community!

I am a MAC user and was having a hard time downloading the files until my computer savvy hubby told me to hold down the “control” key on the keyboard and “download linked file”. I then could open the file in my downloads. Before I was just getting blank documents. Hopefully this info will help other MAC users to download easier.

Once again – thank you Jennifer – you are the best!

  27. Hi Jennifer! Didn’t you have the editable available in word at one point? I have the fiule on a different computer, just wondering if it was linked else wehre or maybe its 130 am and I have just lost my mind; lol

  28. Hi Jennifer!
These organization tips are a life saver! Any chance you’ll be doing the Altenew inks? I just got them and would love to use your swatches! Thanks for all you do!
    Leigh Ann

  29. Thanks for sharing all of your hard work! I have many of the teardrop in loads for Momento and Versamagic since they are cheaper than the big pads, which allows me to buy more colors. I especially love using the Versamagic inks in my planner since they don’t bleed through my planner pages. I would love for you to add the Versamagic and Brilliance colors to your amazing list of inks!

  30. I also second the request for Lawn Fawn inks to be added. I recently received all of their gorgeous colors, and I know you also have them all. ?

Thanks for sharing your talents and organizational skills with us!

  31. Could you include a set for Lawn Fawn inks and the Regular Ranger Dye Inks??
ps for some reason the editable version won’t work on my MAC ??

  32. I love this system and now to find you have print outs for the Stampin Up! inks I am over the top. Thank you sooooo much!! Blessings!

  33. I recently tried Alta New mini cubes. I like that they have colors that are similar
but different. Any chance you will do a comparison with them???
    thanks for all you do!

  34. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I’ve needed a way to do do this and this looks perfect!
I’m excited to see the close to my heart swatches. It happens to be the one I have the most of.

  35. Hi Jennifer,
Happy new year to you and your family.
I have downloaded some of the Altenew inks and wanted to do the new colours but I cant find them anywhere, have you taken them off your site.
Thank you for all the time you take to help us get organised….. I am totally obsessed with organising my craft room. I need to spend more time crafting..lol

  36. Thank you so much for helping me organize my craft room..It is the little things like this ink sample book that really help when working on many cards. Not that the room itself is not important, but time is important when trying to fit as much crafting into a day, and organization in most important to me!! I would love to see AltENew and Gina K inks which I have many of….Thanks!

  37. Hi Jennifer,

I noticed that the fossilized amber for the distress inks is not a part of one of the four downloads that you offer. Also, I see a couple of other people have already asked about the Gina K inks, and I am wondering the same thing: will you be offering a download for these as well? Also, thank you for making a blank swatch available. I find it very easy to use in Photoshop and I can adjust for any inks I have (which I will probably just do for the Gina K inks).

    Thank you,

  38. Thank you SO MUCH for these ink charts. They are so very helpful. I appreciate your hard work and making the results available to the public. You’re a jewel!

  39. I love that you’be created these blank swatches, they are great and a nice size. Oh, I appreciate that you made them to fit the coin keepers. Is there any way you could do the distressed oxides by Tim holtz? I noticed that there are 12 empty blanks left on download #4 that would be perfect for the 12 oxide inks. And I do have 1 last question, do you suggest cutting these on cardstock or just printer paper? I would think card stock since some will bleed through and should we use our “good” stamping cardstock or can we use the textured cardstock? Thank you again?

  40. So thankful for these– you’re amazing! I did notice that the Hero Arts Shadow Ink download 2, the PDF name is 21 instead of 2. 🙂 . Looking for the Gina K inks, as well! Thanks again for sharing these awesome organizational tools! Blessings!
