So, today’s video shows how to take a die cut and give it fun texture and shine… and also create a window…

I am head over heels in love with this new Hero Arts Palm Die. I love the detail and size! And by adding the Distress Inks and Croco Clear Crackle, you can achieve such fun texture.
Here is a better look at the clear crackle finish on the die cut. I wish you could see it in real life. Such a cool, shiny texture…
The Five Lines Background stamp is great for just about any card… especially masculine ones. Works great tone-on-tone, too.
And the greeting is a classic one in a classic style…

And new inks! Love that there are new Shadow Inks. (Notice that some colors are only available in the cube sets. The Black is a soft black that gives a solid look when stamped. Great for the look of chalkboard or for a background.) Also, new pastel daubers (great for soft wash backgrounds) and mists:
