Video: Distress Glitter + BIG Giveaway!

Hello! Today I have a video for you showing the new Distress Glitters. And guess what? I am giving a complete set away!

This glitter really is cool. It is the perfect way to get a bit of fun texture for those of you who aren’t big in-your-face-glitter fans…

There are many ways you can add Distress Glitter to a project. Here, I used Glossy Accents to add it over a lightly-stamped MFT greeting. Easy to do! Soft Granite Ink is perfect for this.

Distress Glitter looks like vintage mica – a more subtle glitter look. It is very lovely with great texture. For this rainbow card, I used Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers, Faded Jeans and Seedless Preserves. Aren’t the colors fabulous? I think Tim would gasp to see his Distress-y products in such a vibrant, cheery and Skittles-like way. lol

This next card uses my three personal favorite Distress Glitters. Pumice Stone gives the look of vintage silver – much more subtle and classy than a regular silver glitter. Antique Linen provides the vintage gold look… and these two look great together. My third favorite? Peacock Feathers. Simply because that color is gorgeous…

If you don’t have a greeting with solid letters like this one, you can also use alphabet stamps or letter stickers.

Fun and easy!
