That American Crafts POW paper is perfect for cards. It is verrrry subtle glitter and does not rub off one bit. Woot!
This card was quick to make, thanks to die cutting. I used “happy” dies from Memory Box, Simon Says Stamp and My Favorite Things…
I also used Matte Multi Medium to force that string to stay loopy and fun. Works like a charm!
