Glittery Goodness

Hello!

I am starting to pick up more work again with Hero Arts and am so happy about it. (Took quite awhile off – pretty much – while I adjusted to the many changes here in our house.) And today I shared a simple yet glittery card on their blog… one that uses a new awesome butterfly die

To create this card, I first die cut a piece of double-sided tape. I then cut the die cut in half… saving the other half for another card. I removed the release paper from the backside and added it carefully to the edge of a card. I then removed the top release paper and added Glitter Ritz microfine glitter. After pressing the glitter in place and removing the excess, I added color to the glitter with my Copic Markers. (Many types of markers work here. I dab the ink on so as not to damage the tip of my marker.)

That’s it! Supplies are below. Thanks for stoppin’ by.
