Life on hold…

Between being sick and big-time computer problems, I have been MIA. However, I will be back soon. Sorry!

In the meantime, be sure to check out two things…

First, over on the Hero Arts blog this week, I featured a few artists that I adore. Their work is amazing! And most of the holiday cards they created are simple yet stunning – perfect for the holidays. (And simple and stunning is very hard for me to create – I wish I could – so I am very inspired by these girls.) You can go HERE to see them all. Also, be sure to watch Julie’s video from Wednesday. It is AWESOME – so fun, funny, creative and adorable. Fabulous.

Also, Vera and I have added some great prizes to the Cards that Care card drive. I hope that some of you are able to send cards for the elderly for the holidays! They would be so appreciated. (We already have received some. Thank you!) So to see the prizes, go HERE. Here is a list of the prize donations so far…

Thank you to all these great companies!

See you soon…

  1. I hope you feel better soon and get the computer problems fixed – hate that!! I’ve loved the cards you’ve shared at Hero Arts this week, they are stunning!!

  2. Didn’t fully realize how much I enjoy your cards and the resulting inspiration until your blog was quiet! Hope that you (and your computer) are on the mend!

  3. Awwww….! Sorry to hear that you’ve been sick and then had to deal with computer issues too….that’s NO fun!

I’m really looking forward to BOOT CAMP and have loved the new cards that you shared her and on the Hero Arts Blog.

Sending you some well wishes…and hoping the computer will be fixed/resolved soon….

    Hugs,
    Lisa

  4. Thanks for the update Jennifer. Hope your computer problems get solved, but more importantly, hope all is getting better with you. You’ll be in my prayers!
    Hugs,
    Angie

  5. Here’s hoping you feel better soon & that your computer problems hit the road (without taking your wallet with them!) Technology can be so pricey & pesky, hey? Thanks for all of the links.

  6. Thank you for coordinating this card drive. My tradition for holiday cards is to make 40 of the exact same card, which can get tedious since I tend to pick a complicated card. I’ve been having so much fun making individual & different holiday cards to send to your project. So thanks for the inspiration 🙂

  7. Hope you are feeling better soon and are able to get those computer problems solved! They can be so frustrating. Thanks for the reminder about the cards…need to get moving!

  8. I’m so sorry to hear that you have been sick! I’m sorry for all the computer problems I think computers are a live/hate relationship, kind of like Velcro take care and get well soon ! Sounds like you need a card! Where can I send one?
