Welcome to Invited Sponsor My Favorite Things + Giveaway!

I am very proud to introduce my next Invited Sponsor, My Favorite Things. (And, be sure to keep reading for an awesome giveaway…)

My Favorite Things has recently (and quickly!) become one of my favorite companies. Why? Here are 10 reasons…

(10.) All My Favorite Things products are made in the USA. Hooray! Therefore, their  stamps always stamp crisp and perfect. (Remember – only stamps from the US will give you a good image.)

(9.) I *adore* their dies, called Die-namics. They are inexpensive but high quality (see reason #1) and come in the cutest of shapes.

(8.) MFT stamps are wonderful for coloring. And, we all know how addictive that is.

(7.) Kim, the owner, is a gem. She actually started MFT as a birthday present to herself with the intention of only carrying products she really loved. Hence, “My Favorite Things!”

(6.) My Favorite Things is based in Florida. And, well, since it does nothing but rain here in Ohio, I think that is cool that they get to play in the sun. 🙂

(5.) MFT keeps coming out with more and more great dies. Check the peek of a creative new one HERE on their blog and HERE in a video. Wow!

(4.) My Favorite Things sells stamp and die combo packs – made to go together perfectly. Delightful. HERE is my fave.

(3.) MFT even has several downloadable digital stamps. Love this option.

(2.) You can buy MFT everywhere, including in their shop and Simon Says Stamp.

(1.) I would not have been able to do my current Inspiration Showcase class without MFT’s Hearts A Plenty die. Although their metal dies are thin, they hold up well. Trust me – I have cut over 5,000 of them and it is still like new. Here’s the project using the heart…

I also wanted to show a card I did using both the My Favorite Things dies and stamps. Colorful and happy… perfect for the little girl I am sending it to…

To bring the image to life, I colored it with Copics and added highlights with Glossy Accents (for clear shine) and White Enamel Accents (for white dots)…

HERE is the little girl stamp I used. To give her a different look, I cut the apple from her hand and replaced it with a punched heart covered in Glossy Accents

Behind the little girl I have three die cut pieces – all cut from the same color and layered with foam adhesive for dimension. These three pieces were cut with three MFT dies that are sold as a set to use together or apart. HERE it is…

I also used some Hero Arts Blush patterned paper on the background. That one is my favorite! Hero Arts stamps and such work great with My Favorite Things products.

How about a giveaway? Kim from My Favorite Things said I could give away a $50 gift certificate to her online store. Sweet, huh? For your chance to win, just leave a comment here by Friday night at 11:59pmEDT telling me what MFT products you would spend your $50 on. (You can look around HERE.) Good luck!

More soon.

  1. OK, the first thing I’d buy if I won the gc would be the “You Had Me at Woof” stamp set. Then I’d buy as many of the sentiments stamps sets as I could. Thanks for the chance to win and for the intro. to a very cool stamp co.

  2. That’s so funny. I just discovered MFT last month and immediately ordered from there (and created an immense Wish List – probably a waste of time since pretty much everything in the store is on my Wish List!). My first $50 would be spent on a couple of the Die-Namics with the coordinating stamp sets. Don’t make me pick which ones – I just can’t! LOL

  3. Wow! How to pick?? I think I would go for some of those BEE-YOO-TIFUL (lol) stamps in the category “Inspired By” especially the birds! Or that adorable little girl dressed up in the “Bee” costume – OR, some of the wonderful dies!! My fingers are crossed, I’m holding my breath….please hurry, I’m starting to turn blue!!

  4. Wow! How to pick?? I would love à la modes – Birthday Girl, Jolinne – Best Friends Always, Pure Innocence – 4 Leaf Clover,Pure Innocence – A box of love ………..hope I’m the lucky one 🙂
, thanks for the chance to win!

  5. I’m with you, I love dies especially if they go with stamps. So I would spend it all on dies. Love their site. Thank you for pointing them out.

  6. Love the doily dies and the Flopsey stamps…or maybe the books stamp…or the little girl stamps….hmmm…

  7. Oh my gosh, you have turned me into a MFT convert! I love all their stuff but especially cloud trio die, banner strip, flower silhouette die and stamp and notebook edge. The list could go on and on!

  8. Oooh, such awesome generous *giveaways.* Thank you Jennifer. MFT has soo much eye candy(ies) to choose from..no doubt about that. If I am the *lucky* one here…I will definitely have fun with those PURE INNOCENCE ones and won’t mind those DIE-NAMICS either :o). Thanks soo much for the chance. :o)

  9. I am also a big fan of MFT. I love all of the Pure Innocent images. The Dynamics are great, and all of the sentiment sets are great! It would be hard to spend just $50 so perhaps, I would use that towards my actual purchase!!!

  10. Great giveaway! I’m hoping to make “My Favorite Things” some of my favorite things.

  11. I’d probably spend most of the gift certificate on die-namics – LOVE the dainty dots border..and the grograin texture plate…those clip it up clips would be very handy…I’m not sure how I’d decide!

  12. I agree with you.MFT stamps & dies are so great. Ilove the “pure innocence” kids. They’re so cute .The coordinating dies are really great.I love to create with all their products.

  16. Whew! I made it just in time! If I won, I would buy the PI girl with the Lemonade Stand, and the Here’s the Story a la Mode. I would also get some blue felt, and the rolled Daisy Die-namic. Thanks for the chance to win! I LOVE MFT!

  17. well my wish list is long… but I would have to say the majority of items on it are dienamics…. and the kite, flower and leaf trio, doily duo, rolled daisy and croched border… then stamp wise…. well read WTG, girls rule WTG…. and how ever many more I can sneak on an order!!!!!

  18. oh wow what an awesome give away. I went and was looking around and couldn’t decide what I would want to buy! I think I’d have to get a couple of those die/stamp sets, I have a feeling I’d end up spending more then the 50, lol. thanks for the chance to win!

  19. Definitely some Dienamics….I have been very anxious to dive in and give them a try. I love how thin they are (don’t we all love saving space) and they just keep adding more shapes. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win!

  20. Their Dienamics are great, all their clear stamps are wonderful for sure, and so fun and well dynamic! Once again, I know I could not stay withing a $50 budget, but winning $50 off an order would sure be terrific!!

  21. I love their stuff too! i live in Oz so the wait when ordering their stuff is agonizing!!!!!

  22. I would buy the dienamics! Of course I would end up spending more than the $50.00 as that is just what I do! ( 🙂 ) Anyway, I would love to get the OWN YOUR STORY set!

    🙂 Christine

  23. With all the cute the stamps and dies that MFT’s sells, I need to work day and night to support my crafting habit! I am currently dreaming about the Four Point Frame & Just My Type sets.
