Welcome to my new blog + a BIG giveaway!
Hey, everyone. Welcome to my new blog!
Many months ago, I begged my talented friend, Kristina, to redo my blog. And although she normally doesn’t do this kind of stuff, she kindly helped me out. (Thanks, Kristina. I adore you.)
This new blog isn’t finished yet… I will be adding and finishing things over the next couple weeks. But this improved site will make it possible for me to bring you some fun new features in the near future.
A few things to note:
- I have started a brand new Facebook Page for my blog. Be sure to check it out HERE and click “like.” I will share projects and ideas there, too.
- I will now have a by-invitation-only sponsor each month. Having a sponsor makes it possible for me to do more giveaways and offer more perks for you all. I will only be inviting my favorite companies to sponsor so you can be sure that if I am promoting a product or site, it is because I truly like them. They will have a spot at the top of my sidebar. This month’s sponsor is Simon Says Stamp… and you know I love them!
- I added tabs about classes, online classes and more. Be sure to look around – I will be adding info in the next few days. I am excited about some things that will be coming soon. If you have anything you would like to see, please let me know.
To celebrate my new blog, I have lots of giveaways this week… and they may stretch into next week, too. Many of the prizes will go to folks who leave comments here. A few will also go to folks over on twitter and also to a few of my new Facebook page fans. Gotta spread the love around!

Many have asked why I switched to the Vagabond from the Electric Big Shot. I switched because the Vagabond is MUCH more powerful. In fact, the Electric Big Shot has been discontinued since the power doesn’t compare and they would break. The Vagabond will cut chipboard, felt and more like butter. I didn’t think I needed it at first, but I was so wrong.
Tim mentioned that he will be sharing a video on his blog soon showing how to use all brands of dies in the Vagabond.
