Day 7 – last day of the challenge…
Hi!
Welcome to the last day of my Inspired Stamp Challenge with Jill Foster. So sad it is ending – it has been such fun!
For this last day, we will be using the Hero Arts Artists Butterfly and THIS card for inspiration…
Supplies: Hero Arts stamps (butterfly and greeting); Doodlebug paper; Tim Holtz Scallop Die; buttons, inked with Chipped Sapphire and Wild Honey Distress Ink; Signo White pen; Copics.
Used my Copics to color the butterfly and then channeled my friend, Kathy, to go bold on color and add white highlights. Love going bold.
It is so fun to use Tim Holtz border dies on the sides of cards. So easy. Just lay the edge up again the edge of the card and it cuts all the way. And, yes, you can use your Cuttlebug. THIS one is great…
And, THESE new tone-on-tone mini-print papers from Doodlebug. They are delicious. Every color. One side is stripe, one is little flowers. Or one side is grid and the other is dot. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Smooth and perfect for stamping and inking. Yum…
Be sure to head to Jill's blog to see her take on this challenge. And a big thanks to Jill for sharing this week with me. You amaze me, girl!
