  1. Last project completed was a wedding card for a young man we’ve known about 13 years who is getting married this Saturday. Hard to believe that my kids friends are now getting married. Also right now I have some wooden frames painted and drying on the counter that I plan to decorate with flowers and other goodies for our church festival. If they turn out, I will make some for Christmas gifts as well.

  2. I LOVE the remarks. Makes scrapbook journal bits so much easier!
I’m working on goodies for my twins second birthday party. I can hardly believe they are going to be two.
So far, I have made the invites (using the cuttlebug invite embossing folder) and wrapped some nugget chocolates with labels and kiddo info. Lots more to do. Right now, C&C are coloring on white cardstock. I will stamp the Stampin’ Up cupcake thank you stamp on the clean side and cut it out. Those will be our party thank you! More to do, but that’s what is on the top of the list right now!

  3. “My last crafty thing was a layout. In fact, I makde 3 layouts (um – that was 23 weeks ago though).”

I meant to say 2-3 weeks ago!!

  4. I absolutely LOVE that owl!! My lastest project was a mini album to give to my mil for her 80th birthday. I am looking forward to some scrappy time this weekend and I am going to work on pages for me!!

  5. I was and have been working on an album for a vacation to Disneyland, Seaworld and the San Diego Zoo. There are so many photos to work through and I’m trying to capture as much as I can in the album. I must say it has been a SLOW go. Btw, I love your videos. They are really helpful.

  6. Ugh, my last crafty project wasn’t so great! I think I picked too many colors for me. I got all excited about some new ink colors I have and tried to use them all. Silly girl, what was I thinking? Thank you for the chance to win!!

  7. The last project for me was a birthday card for my husband…at the last minute! The first one was terrible and had to be tossed but it pushed me into a new direction and his card turned out great. I was so thrilled and so was he!

  8. I made a scrapbook layout for a contest (sorry I can’t share it just yet), and I used distress stamps and alcohol inks. I’ve been following all your videos, and I’ve been buying and using the products you mentioned. Thank you so so much for the inspiration.

  9. I absolutely LOVE the owls on your cards!! I was never an owl person but the Hero Arts Stamps have made me very fond of the cute owls!!

  16. Jennifer, I’m following your classes on Two Peas and they are wonderful. A lot of techniques!!! E don’t have time to make all the lessons during the week, but I’m saving all links in an archive to see several times! Thank you! Although all my last projects are scrapbook pages, I’m trying to learn how to make cards, in order to use all that little stuff that we have! My dream is attend a CHA and have a class with you. Maybe some day, right? Thank you again!

  20. I have been making several cards lately…all using ranger products. I can’t tell you how much I have enjoyed the inks and alcohol inks. I watch your videos in bed…and the other day my husband came home with 3 packages of the alcohol inks (seems he’s been secretly watching the videos over my shoulder). So I’ve used them on coke cans, transparencies, photo paper, anything I can get my hands on. Thanks for the entry.

  21. We have been making more kid-friendly craft projects, lots of collages and we have been having fun creating magnet boards. My kids love to paint the frames and halp make the magnets. I’d love to win some scrappin goodies for me, Thanks!

  22. My last project was a mini-book shaped like a sandcastle for myself! Most of my projects I give away as gifts. Finally felt good to keep one for myself. Its filled with great photos of my son on the beach from our vacation last summer 🙂

  23. I am learning so much from your videos. Thank You!

My latest project is scrapping my recipes on 6″ x 6″ cardstock. I am including handwritten recipes from my mom and grandma. My husband is building a wood recipe box to hold them. I am making a set for both of my kids. I plan to give them as a Christmas gift.

  24. Karen D My last project was anniversary cards and get well cards for friends thanks for the new ideas every week there is a card needed for occasions and thanks for the chance to win

  25. So nice to see so many creative people here. The last craft project I did was to help my daughter with an end of year presentation. We enlarged a scrapbook page sketch and used a variety of techniques to layout her presentation on bristol board, including using the Cricut to cut out letters and applying titles and labels with dimensional adhesive. She got an A+!

  26. I *finally* started getting my stuff together and pics printed for a summer mini album. I’ve been delaying scrapping my vaca pics, because I wish I were still in that place.
Thanks for all your awesome inspo!

  27. my last craft project is still going on. i’m making thank you cards as part of a gift for my cousin who is getting married in august.

i have been following along with thinking inking and am loving it.

  28. LOL, Would you believe that I wrote this post yesterday, and left it, suspended, in the comment box overnight. Good thing I came back to spend more time looking over your blog!

My last project was the patchwork card using Alcohol inks for your Thinking Inking class (with which I’m having a blast)! I loved playing with the alcohol inks, but creating with them just gave me FITS. The colors are so vivid and the patterns seems to demand the focus. But dripping ink and pouncing around with the blending tool are almost addicting, so now I have a bunch of cool, colored pieces of paper cluttering up my room with NO idea how I’m going to use them.

  29. I just finished a mini-book about all my favorite things right now. Thanks for all the tips and techniques in your videos!

  30. I made a mobile to hang in my art studio. It is circle mirrors and fishing line. I put it in my window and when the sun hits it, oh so sparkly.

  31. I just bought a Zutter Bind It All and just finished up making the cutest “Summer ’09” mini books out of old CD’s. Plus I used it to bind a couple of books that I had finished earlier this summer. This is my new favorite tool! 🙂 Thanks for the chance to win!

  32. Thanks once again for the giveaway! I have been scrapbooking albums for my grandchildren lately. And I’ve been working on a quilt.

  33. Love the Thinking Inking classes. They are really inspiring me to try new things. As for lately, I just finished making a set of cards from one of Basic Grey’s new card kits. They were so easy and very cute!

  34. Hi Jennifer,
I love the cute little owl card. I have been making a lot of cards lately. I think it’s from watching your videos! Yesterday I made a card for my girlfriend that has cancer. I give her cards regularly to keep her spirits up. Thank you for the inspiration, your work is beautiful. Have a great night.
    Take care,
    Kim T.

  35. first–those owls are CRAZY CUTE!! So loving those! and your TI classes are SO informative. I just (literally) wrapped up a ten card set I made to mail my mother-in-law for her birthday next week…misc cards that hopefully she likes and will be able to use! 😉

  36. LOVE those owls!!

Would love to get away for a girls scrap wkend to scrap & catch up on some projects! Someday…

  37. I haven’t had much time to scrap or “craft” this summer but did just finish up a layout of my daughter getting her ears pierced. 🙂

Love the owl card! Owls are my favorite!! Thanks for a chance to win a fun giveaway!

  38. The last project I did was with a group of co-workers. We put together two scrapbook albums for a friend of ours who was having her first baby – we covered the whole first year from 3, 6, 9 months to all the holidays and all of the first moments. The best part of this group effort was that we even got non-scrapbookers to do pages. Our friend loved it. I am getting ready to do another one for my son and his fiance who are expecting their first baby.

  39. The last thing I worked on was a quick thank you card and bag of treats for a co-worker who did me a huge favor so I could home when I wasn’t feeling well yesterday.

  40. I made a card tonight for a friend for her mother’s birthday… she wanted a butterfly on it….is pink and greens…my favorite colors at the moment…

thank you for a chance to win….
