Hi! First – I want to thank you for bearing with me as I took a blog break to focus on family stuff. Although I am back now, I likely won’t post much this week due to some travel. (But I will share some fun photos since I will be with some crafty friends that you likely know!) I promise I will be back to serious blogging soon. Thank you for your patience, understanding, encouragement and kind words. xo
OK… time for a crafty video! I have a colorful stamping technique for you today – rainbow multi-inking…

Sometimes I find that I have an awesome stamp image and I want to keep it “front-and-center” on my card. Today’s technique is perfect for this! Using various colors of pigment ink, I stamped this fantastic Neat & Tangled “thank you” image for a rainbow effect. The video shares two easy ways to achieve this look – using a stamp positioner or the MISTI stamping tool. I kept the rest of the card simple by heat embossing the Neat & Tangled heart background with silver pearl embossing powder. Oh – and I die cut regular sequins to great heart sequins!
This technique would be great for fun background or border stamps, too.
NEAT & TANGLED
This card was part of a guest post over on the Neat & Tangled blog. The owner of N&T – Danielle – is a friend of mine and one of the most loved gals in this industry. She has a heart of gold… and an *incredible* eye for talent. Danielle’s design team is by far one of the best (if not the best!) design teams I have ever seen. I highly encourage you to check out the N&T blog to see this team in action. I bet you will find some new and fabulous cardmakers to follow. (And she didn’t ask me to say that – I truly believe it!)
When Neat & Tangled sent me stamps for this post, they sent some extras for me to give away to a lucky winner. For your chance to win TWO Neat & Tangled stamp sets, leave a comment here by 11:59pmEST on 1/26/15. (Winners will be posted on my “Winners page” after the giveaway closes.)
