Video: Shamrock Treats with Recipe and Download

Hello! I have teamed up with my dear friend Melanie Bauer from Melanie Makes to bring you a new recipe and a free download. Melanie came up with a delicious Mini Mint Chocolate Chip Whoopie Pie recipe. And me? I came up with a felt 4 leaf clover and tag to go with it!

I thought Melanie’s fabulous Mini Mint Chocolate Chip Whoopie Pie would be fun with a felt 4 leaf clover tag sticking out the top. It was very easy to make! I have a free download here for you. In the file, you will see a pattern to cut the shamrock petals and also the “so very lucky to have you” tags. Easy peasy! (Just download THIS and print and you are ready to go!)

The easy felt 4 leaf clover could also be used for a pin, barrette or card. And add one more petal and you have a flower. (I guess shamrocks have 3, but mine is fun and has 4.)

If you haven’t been to Melanie’s blog, I highly recommend it! My family loves her slow cooker chicken Parmesan sandwiches and her simple sweet cornbread. They are absolutely amazing. Melanie also happens to be a long time friend of mine and one of the team members at Online Card Classes. I am so very proud of her and her blog. Makes my heart happy to see her succeed!

A shamrock has 3 leaves. Legend has it that St. Patrick used the shamrock to teach about the Holy Trinity. A lucky 4 leaf clover has, of course, 4 leaves. Either way a cute idea. Thanks
