Last week I got a glimpse of this picture while playing on the internet and knew instantly I needed to have it in my paws. Talk about lovely…
Wood veneer? MME dots? Glitter? Chevron ribbon? Yellow, pool, red and green? Stamps? Yes please. Perfection. I rarely am drawn into kits. But this one did it.
This marvelous kit is the 2012 December Daily from Ali Edwards. Now, I will admit that I haven’t participated in December Daily in the past because I am always too busy making Christmas cards. But I decided – - why not use this awesome kit to make cards? Oh yes please.
Then I got an email from Ali asking if I would be interested in giving a kit away. YES! I think all you cardmarkers will LOVE this kit. (Oh, and I like Ali. She is one of the really good ones out there.)

Record all of your magical December memories with Ali Edwards and Studio Calico! This year, we’re mixing traditional red, green and gold with a bit of modern aqua, grey and yellow from a variety of manufacturers including Studio Calico, Basic Grey, Crate Paper and Echo Park. We started with an exclusive 6×6 pad of 24 different paper designs, then brought in just the right embellishments – from washi tape to label stickers to veneer, enamel dots and more – to let you finish this 4×6 album in style. It wouldn’t be a Studio Calico kit without stamps, and Ali Edwards has designed a 4×6 set from Technique Tuesday exclusively for this album. ‘Tis the season for documenting all the merry, and we can’t wait to help you capture every moment. All December Daily kits will ship early November to allow plenty of transit time before the holiday season begins!

Love love love doing december daily… it’s always so much work, but it pays off with many memories captured. Would be great to have a ready-to-dive-in-stash though, because the DIY-ing that i always do isn’t providing me with much finished albums…
