Cards that Care Blog Hop with Prizes!

Hey, stampers!

Thanks for stopping by for this Cards that Care Blog Hop. There will be some great stops along the way and some FABULOUS prizes to be won. Gotta love that.

Cards that Care is a card drive I am doing with Vera where we are collecting holiday cards for the elderly in nursing homes. For all the info on sending in cards, you can go HERE. All cards need to be sent in by 11/30.

Below you will find where to head next on the hop and all the information on how to win prizes. But first I have a card to share. It is simple, but I think it will make someone smile… which is what this card drive is all about…

For this card, I stamped the snowflakes with white ink and everything else with black on a kraft card. I then colored the  tree in heavily with colored pencils. And I finished it off with some Hero Art dots. (Supplies below.)

Next be sure to head over to visit Kelly Marie – the sweet owner of Lawn Fawn. (For a complete list of the hop, click HERE.)

Now… about those prizes! We will be picking winners randomly from comments left on all the blogs of the participants. The more blogs you leave comments on the better your chances of winning! You have until Sunday night to leave comments. And we have some good prizes, including goodies from:

Again, thank you so much for your support. Appreciate it!

This card is so cute! I’ve been meaning to try coloring with colored pencils and it looks so great on kraft. I will definitely be adding “pencils on kraft” to my “to try” list. =)

So love that you and Vera are doing such a great thing. To have worked in a Seniors Home and to know first hand how lonely these great and inspiring folks can become is truly a sad thing. But I am more than sure that a card placed in the hand of each senior will truly make them feel valued and loved. Thanks for wanting to touch the hearts of some of the most wise and inspiring folks in our communities. Great card today bye the way. So fun and cheerful. Just wondering do the cards all have to be Christmas or everyday cards? Just wondering because I have lots of cards that I could send that are everyday, but not Christmas so much. Thanks again for the hop and the chance to win.
